His advice was spot on and clearly explained and I was able to figure out how to remove it with his advice. Chuck saved the day! My elderly parents had accidentally locked themselves out of their master bedroom. Incredibly great service! Had I called someone else, I would have ended up drilling holes in $3000 closet doors. Instead, Chuck was able to change the door handle itself without modifying or damaging the doors. The job was to put locks on several doors that didnt have locks. As a property manager, I am always worried about making modifications to the house when it is something the tenant wants done. They REALLY don't make them like Chuck anymore! I purchased a padlock for my garage and closed it in the wrong direction which made it impossible to remove. After calling two other not so friendly places, I called Chuck who first suggested I start trouble-shooting and if it didn't work, call him back. I wound up calling back (this is now 7pm in the evening) and Chuck spent time on the phone trying to coordinate fitting me into his already full schedule. He advised I call him as early as 6:30am to check in and after texting (his communication and follow-through is off the charts!) throughout the morning, he got to my home BEFORE I DID and waited; in a matter of 10 minutes, start to finish my lock was removed AND he GIFTED me with a new lock because the only one I had was destroyed.
