Losing your keys is never a fun experience, it's always extremely stressful and can be a lengthy process. Being this is my second time losing my car keys, I knew how this would go. Gentleman came out and had some trouble programming the FOB on my car. It was one of those things that just happens sometimes. They DID NOT GIVE UP! I can't stress that enough. I have a young daughter who is very mischievous and she always loses my stuff so it's no surprise that she lost not one but both of my car keys. Sterling Locksmith in Santa Monica was so helpful to my wife and I, they really came through in the clutch for us. After finishing up our appointment in Santa Monica, we head back to our car and the keys are no longer in my pocket. Checked back at the front desk and the office, no dice. I was really impressed with this locksmith service. Once in a blue moon I accidentally lock myself out of my apartment, which was the case yesterday. Happens to the best of us, right? Immediately I dreaded calling a locksmith bc in the past I've found them all to be shady, dishonest, and a bit creepy. They typically quote one price over the phone and then up charge you when they get to your door. So I received a quote from Sterling Locksmith for $65 to open my door. I made sure to ask if they were going to upcharge me and they told me no. I was still hesitant but the price was better than most and I had to get into my apartment so I agreed. I was expecting the usual creepy locksmith but was pleasantly greeted by Kyle who was genuinely nice and professional. He was honest, didn't try to upcharge me, and made me feel comfortable. Hopefully I don't lock myself out again anytime soon but if I do these guys will be my first call. I would highly recommend them. Make sure to ask for Kyle! read more
