I literally just had my car there this week. My window on my driver side got busted from a cling car shade I got from Amazon that I forgot to remove when I rolled my window down and it got jammed and messed up the window regulator. My hubby dropped off my car Monday night after hours, the next day Danny called us and gave us an estimate and said that he has to get the part for us which would take a day. He got the part in the next day and my car was ready that same day. We are very happy with them. I really hope they stay at this location for a very long time.

They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are.
