I was there for break service…read more Unlike the other tire store who told me I need to spend $250 for break rotor and pad, Suburban Discount tire told me I only need to change the pad which is only $79.99 I was there for only break pad but they also gave me a very reasonable oil change price so I fix both problems together. Their tire installation price is very good. $65 for 4 tires. WMT is $11 each tire if bought tires in WMT if not it's $22. Pep Boy's is $110. Suburban discount tires will beat any online price by 10%. I was told my car's rear rotors needed to be changed at the dealer but was quoted what I felt was a…read moreridiculous amount of money to fix. I decided to shop around for options. I started at Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care. He offered a free estimate. He sent a very comprehensive list of things that needed to be done on my car. I was very impressed with the meticulous detail and the photographs to show why I they were suggesting the fix. This report made me feel that this was an honest shop. And made me feel confortable enough to trust. It turned out that all rotors needed to be changed. I paid a bit more than what the dealer quoted but got both front and rear brakes overhauled and new brake fluids and wheels rotated and balanced. But most of all I got a clear understanding of why it had to be done and the feeling that they were trustworthy. Their customer service was excellent! I live a mile away and needed to be home for telework so he had someone drive me home and then pick me up to get the car. That was awesome and I really appreciated it. Also I called several times with questions and concerns. They politely answered all my questions. I asked them to align the wheels. They checked the alignment and told me it was not necessary. This sealed the deal. I trust this shop and will have them work on my car again.
