Went here was asked to wait 20 min which turned into much longer then when it was my turn I was told I had to pay $95 for a simple French tip meanwhile the price for a full manicure and pedicure on their website was $63 . I am a longtime customer of Lina. She is beyond wonderful!!!! I drive 30-45 minutes to get to Lina, and she is worth the trip every time. Lina does gelx nails for me and they are ALWAYS FLAWLESS! I can go anywhere from 4-6 weeks with my gelx and they never lift or break. She is an absolute ARTIST with the nail art too / whether you bring a picture of what you want or you let her freehand your art, it will look stunning! She is a true artist! When you do go see Lina, make sure you get a pedicure too. She is the best masseuse that I've ever had!! She gives the absolute best massages and takes her time. When we got there they were running late even though we had an appointment so we waited 40 minutes. Pedicure was fine (only reason this isn't 1 star) but I cannot believe I paid someone money to give me this dip manicure. If you don't know how to do dip don't do it. I love that I found this gem! I discovered it on a community Facebook group, and I'm so glad I did. I'm not sure why they don't have 5 stars because I've been 3 times in the past few months and it's been a positive experience every time. Vanessa is fantastic and has done my dip manicure each time. Today, my nails have been perfect with the dip polish still on 3 weeks later! I can't believe it - no chip usually lasts 1 week and dip will usually stay 2 weeks and start coming off around that mark, but these are staying strong. I am very impressed. I also love when you get a pedicure, they set an 8 minute timer for your leg/massage and clean. I really felt like I was getting a nice relaxing experience that wasn't cut short depending on the person I got. I would appreciate if they did something similar for manicures. Highly recommend! Just had the worst experience here. I called around 330pm today asking if they could take a walk-in around 530-6 and they agreed. I show up around 530 and ask if I can get a gel manicure and the front desk signs me in and sits me down to pick out a color. The nail tech thought I had gel on but I only had regular polish so he attempted to soak my nails and it got my regular polish all over which wasn't his fault but I sat there for another 10 minutes while he finished someone else's nails with the polish all over my hands. Then the front desk person came up to me to ask if I had an appt to which I said no and that they said they could take walk ins, he then said I couldn't get my nails done.. even after he sat me down and confirmed earlier in the day they could do a walk in. He didn't ask me if I wanted to wait or apologize at all for having me sit and wait after he told me earlier I could be a walk in and I never said I had an appt. Will not be returning. read more

This was the worst manicure I have ever received in life!!! And for $17!! I couldn't make it to my usual nail salon so I stopped in here. My manicure was RUSHED! I cringed as my hands were pulled and thrown around and lotion was slapped on them for my 5 second massage... if that! The manicure maybe lasted for 10 minutes from start to finish (yes, including polish application). Also, cleanliness here was minimal as I was forced to dip my finger into a container holding nail polish remover that is certainly used by every single customer. It was apparent that because I was not getting a no-chip the nail tech was careless in delivering a quality product. It has been 27 hours and my nails have already chipped!!! I was a customer for about 8 years, giving business every 3 weeks until I was infected by Onychomycosis ( toenail fungus) by the end of summer. This place unfortunately ruined my nail s, cause me anxiety and big expenses. The owner reimbursed me for the first bottle of medication and my dermatologist visit copay but refused to pay for my refills. Vanessa was informed by me in September that this will be the long term treatment ( about 6 months according to dermatologist). I will end up spending about $400 because of her . Instead of her help and support I ended up receiving rude and ignorant message. Vanessa is so unprofessional and clearly doesn't care about her customers ! I saw it on the way home from work and stopped in to try it...this is the type of spot that you can walk in and wait for a spot or you can call ahead for an apptmt...BOTH work...which I love because I'm usually on the fly with my nails. Each time I have went, with a nail apptmt or without one...I have gotten in really fast. They have a TON of nail colors, no chip and regular. A million different brands too. The staff is all really nice and they seem to work fast and hard. They have a special that runs from 12-4P I think its Sunday-Thursday...$55 for no chip mani and regular pedi. Pretty good deal but even without the deal...I think its $65. The pedicure's I have had have been just ok...they are decent...not fantastic. BUT the no chips are always done really, really well. I arrived an hour early for a meeting and in true CG fashion was determined to push my time limitations to the brink of late-ness by scheduling a no-chip manicure with under 40 minutes to spare. Normally this wouldn't work out in my favor but these Bs up in here got to work on my digits and pumped out a KILLER no-chip mani in under 40 minutes... Which is basically unheard of. Like the Usain Bolt of manicures. The color selection was unreal- by far the best I'd ever seen anywhere and I get my nails done A LOT. I probably could've spent 40 minutes just fingering the options Inside was as relaxing as a could be on a major mani time crunch and I got the added bonus of getting to watch Bridesmaids on the flat screen overhead while the whole thing went down. Cleanliness and attention to detail (aka, it lasts and technique is spot on). For those measures - not exactly but good try. I'm not saying send out a news bulletin but the nail files, buffers, and tools overall were shared across clients and nail technicians. They sanitize their clippers and their pedi baths. But... to me, they could do better. Quality overall was so-so. The service involves all the typical - buffing, massages, and exfoliation and standard services for mani-pedis and the no-chippers. This place gets a steady stream of clients so most seem to frequent this place. Prices are pretty competitive so that's a plus considering it's a pretty basic service. Cash saves you a buck per service! Why not bring your Andrew Jacksons or George's I guess. :) All in all, I think I'm still on a hunt for my "go to" nail salon just because of their file sharing. With the convenience with the 8 bus right in front, the eL steps away, and the price for what you get, however, I can see why they seem to pack it in here. Parking is limited to metered during the non-rush hours or the lot across the street that's $5 after 2pm. So plan accordingly. read more

After reading the reviews, I decided to check out this location. I was a walk-in appointment right at 10am, and was seen immediately. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire pedicure and manicure process. At one point the gentleman doing my pedicure struck up conversation and asked for my name, and it really made me feel valuable when he said goodbye using my name (and pronouncing it correctly). I couldn't believe he remembered. What was most impressive, and maybe it's just my lack of nail salon experience, but upon leaving, the manicurist covered my toes to protect them from my socks and shoes, she even put my socks and shoes on for me (and I have several buckles on my boots. For me the 2 most important things when getting my nails done is that 1) it's a relaxing experience and 2) the finished product looks good / lasts. This place hits both notes for me :) Love coming here for my pedicures and staple no-chip French manicures. Twan and Vanessa are the best and Their colors always get compliments when I'm out and about. prices are super reasonable and the atmosphere isn't loud or stressful which I appreciate.
