We were going through another online sign maker to make some vinyl banners and everything was taking longer than usual including the design which was a really simple welcome to our school. We were at our wits end, and it looked like I was going to have to use FedEx Kinkos which made me nervous. On top of everything else, we were coming up on a three day holiday weekend and I thought we were out of options. I searched on Google for 24 hour sign turnaround service when I saw D+T signs and that it had many five star ratings. I picked up the phone to call (mind you, this was at 6:30pm on a Friday) and Tommy picked up and said everything I needed to hear: yes, we can do this job for you by Tuesday morning. After texting back and forth, sending him art files and some instructions, Tommy had quickly mocked up a beautiful design (better than the online company I was "trying" to use), made the adjustments I asked for and we were all ready to roll WHEN my manager then asked for the sign in several different sizes! I thought Tommy might say that we might not make deadline but no, he said NOT A PROBLEM. He assured me he would have all three sizes of the banner designed and mocked up and ready for review by 9:30pm that evening. Sure enough, an email came through with all of the designs and they were fantastic! He said he could even drop them off for me!!!! I had expected to try to find the storefront early on Tuesday to pick them up but on MONDAY evening, Tommy texted me to let me know he had the banners ready, with 10 feet of nylon rope, and could drop them off at my home! The vinyl banner signs turned out beautifully. They came to me carefully rolled up around a hard hardboard cylinder, covered with paper and secure. We went to hang them up and they were the right size and the colors were reproduced beautifully (the red in our logo can often be printed in a dark fuschia depending on the RBG values) including the red shade. Price was very reasonable considering how quickly he turned around everything and how large the banners were as well. In a heartbeat I would recommend D+T signs. I couldn't be more satisfied. He also has a lot of patience as well because my sign needed approvals from my lanlord and so he worked up a bunch of proofs before the landlord finally approves.
