Dentist is pretty chill and he does a good job cleaning my teeth twice a year. Staff is friendly. Location is clean.

Doctor Won was delightful and caring. As this was my first visit here I was apprehensive, but the level of professionalism was appreciated.

I left feeling ignored, dismissed, and without confidence that my concerns were taken seriously. My pain was not adequately addressed, communication was poor, and the follow-up care and compassion I expected were not there. After my treatment, I experienced serious complications that dramatically affected my health and quality of life. When I reached out for help, I did not feel supported or treated with the urgency that my condition deserved. The overall experience left me with lasting physical, emotional, and financial consequences. Equally disappointing was the professionalism of the office, especially office manager Johana. Communication was frustrating, customer service was poor, and I was left feeling like I was just another bill instead of a patient. When I called the office to address my concerns, Johana's handling of the conversation was, in my experience, unprofessional. During the call, she abruptly hung up on me while I was trying to discuss my concerns. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Heritage Oral Surgery or Dr. Brent Ramsey. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment there to do extensive research, read reviews carefully, and obtain a second opinion before making a decision. There are plenty of qualified oral surgeons available, and in my opinion, your health and safety are too important to settle for an experience like the one I had. During my procedure, I was uncomfortable with what I perceived to be an unprofessional conversation in the treatment room by Ramsey himself. In my experience, there was a discussion about other people that I did not think was appropriate during a surgical procedure. It made me question the professionalism of the practice. Patients should expect their provider's full attention and discretion during treatment. Lastly, I was also disappointed by the billing practices. Patients are charged an additional 3% when paying by credit card, and I was surprised to see a separate charge for local anesthesia. In my opinion, these extra fees only added to an already frustrating experience and left me feeling that the focus was more on collecting additional charges than on patient care. Pathetic. Without reservation, I recommend seeking care elsewhere.

I did my research you see & I came to the overall conclusion that Dr. Lang who've I yet to personally meet & Dr. Ramsey are here to do GOOD work. Let me explain... My son who is 11 years old has a rather complex case with the Ortho. They recommended we get ANCORS aka TADS to retrain the JAW, (we have/had an underbite) as the first faze face mask did not work. We went to multiple Oral Surgeons for consults. I had heard many stories online about the different cultures of offices here in our community. I dived right in. It took me months to decided. It was an investment. Not many Drs are educated in this particular SURGERY!! Ramsey is tho! He is so educated and so YOUNG!! I loved how Ramseys office had a very comfortable vibe to it. The surgeon had his regular assistant and she was so nurturing to my child. Every time we went in she was there!! I loved the consistency!! Ana became like my son's MAMA DURING THE SURGERY!! He felt so at ease with her since I couldn't be in the room. She had it all UNDER CONTROL and was super calm!!! We had the surgery done in January and it is JULY now!! wow! time FLIES!! MY SONS JAW THO!! WOW THE TRANSFORMATION!! He's turning into a man!! its working and its so beautiful!!! his jawline. & With this tads surgery it will keep him from having MAJOR JAW SURGERY at 18 years old!! yay!!! A few more simple, but notable comments. Office was opened on time as we were one of the first appointments in the a.m. Office was/is always clean for surgery & follow up appointments. Office ran on time Doctors notes for school were super easy to get and I didn't forget for once, because the office was so calm. I was able to "think". *** If I had to pick on (-) Negative thing to say I would just say for the front office to work on phone wait times. There was a few times I had to wait 15-20minutes on hold which with children and life moving top speed is very difficult. I was able to stay patient tho cause I knew the wait was worth it for Ramsey!! You won't be disappointed! I want to THANK THE ENTIRE OFFICE Staff FOR CARING FOR MY FAMILY!!! I am so appreciative!!! Care is hard to come by in this world!! Dr. L & Dr R. are kindhearted MEN!!! don't take that for GRANITE!! - Webb Family

The office is very clean and pleasant, Hannah, his assistant, was so accommodating that she even asked me for my music preference to play during the procedure. This was my second extraction by Dr. Kim. The first being three years ago. An infected lower molar was extracted quickly and the infected area was treated with no pain experienced, only a very little pressure was felt. The second extraction was two days ago. This time an upper molar broke off making the extraction more challenging. My sinus area was also involved and inflamed. Once again no pain was felt and both procedures were performed using local anesthesia. I was given the option of general anesthesia but declined it both times with no regrets. Recovery has been quick for both extractions with minimal bleeding the first half hour when changing the gauze. No pain medications have been needed for both procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to all my friends and family. I was referred here both times by my regular dentist, Dr. Lawrence Wong, who only has the highest regard for Dr. Kim and his staff.

In addition to the standard costs associated with treatment, I was informed of a $7,500 "surgical planning fee," along with other charges that are not covered by insurance. As a result, my out-of-pocket costs for an otherwise covered jaw surgery would exceed $10,000. None of the other surgeons I consulted with assessed similar fees. I am also disappointed by the delays surrounding my imaging refund. In March, I was advised that the imaging costs would be refunded once the insurance claim was processed. I received confirmation is was processed in April. It is now nearly July, and I have been told that it may take an additional 30 to 45 days to receive reimbursement.
