Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. An hour later they called back and said we can come in an hour. WooHoo! Dave arrived on time and with several alerts both from the company and from Dave that he was on his way. Alas, the fridge needed a part that had to be ordered and it would be Wednesday between 12:30-5:00 before they'd have it and could get back. They asked a few questions over the phone to get a basic idea of the problem(s). I wasn't entirely pleased at the cost of just the service call (~$100) but realized that it takes into account the knowledge of the tech and the rising costs of everything. The gentleman called to let me know he'd be at my home in about 20 minutes, and was early into my two-hour block of time. Thankfully the issue was able to be fixed on the spot and the tech had all the parts needed. The final price was very reasonable and I will gladly call this company again if needed.

We have a new all-in-one washer/dryer that was leaking soon after delivery (or the leak was…read morenoticed). Too late to return so GE set up a repair call under warranty with Appliance Tec. I sent specific information on the machine and the problem. This is a newer model machine as well. The first tech that was sent over told me that he didn't work on these machines and kind of stood around and then gave up. This was not impressive. However, a different tech came the following day (Andres). And, he was able to take the machine apart and find the origin of the leak. The replacement parts were ordered. And, I was happy to see Andres a few weeks later with the replacement parts. He showed us the problem (a hole and crack in the detergent dispenser ... On a new machine) and replaced it in about an hour and a half. We were the 10th appointment of the day according to the appointment tracker. And he was still efficient and polite. So, while it was a rough start. I'm happy to say it got better!

There can be a delay in them answering the phones, but it's because they get busy. If you keep trying, they pick up and you can talk to a person! The repair person does schedule 'I'm on the way' texts perhaps when they're not quite on the way. But a great repair person like Carlos who is respectful of property, dedicated to his job and does excellent work more than makes up for it. The dishwasher works better than it did before, surely because Carlos did more than put in the new pump, but did necessary cleaning. It took me awhile to write this review, but every time I use the dishwasher I say 'that broken pump is the best thing that could have happened; it works better than before.' We were lucky to get Carlos and Mr. Appliance
