They give you everything not only in writing but in an email that you can say if so you can plan future work. They help you know what needs to be done immediately and what can be deferred to another visit. That is almost unheard of. I'm so used to getting a high pressure sales pitch every time my car goes in. That doesn't happen at Grove Street. You're given a list and almost like a to-do list you receive things that are immediate concerns, things that can be deferred and things that are acceptable and already being worked on. They have loaner cars if you need them and they even offer shuttle service to and from your house. Everything is explained in advance and their prices are incredible. It's a great value. I marked the tires beforehand, so when I picked up my car, it was apparent that the tires were never rotated although it was on the invoice. I brought this to their attention, and they immediately took the vehicle back in to perform the rotation. When I got home, I realized that only the driver's side tires were swapped front to back. The passenger tires were not touched. On my wife's car, the tires were indeed rotated, but greasy fingerprints were left on the armrest. I have purchased two sets of tires from Hogan and have been satisfied with their service until now. I don't know if the technician is to blame for this shoddy service or it is a systemic problem with Hogan.
