The fact that they took the time to figure our girl out was so amazing. When I picked up they quickly mentioned that she ate so well and I was shocked. We have used Hillcrest for more than 20 years with two different pets, and until this year, we had…read moreno major concerns. Unfortunately, there have been significant changes this year that have completely changed our experience. All of the doctors we trusted have left, and the level of customer service has declined dramatically. For a period of time, there wasn't even anyone available to see pets on Saturdays. It has also become increasingly difficult to reach the office by phone, with calls frequently going unanswered. Messages are often not returned in a timely manner, if they are returned at all. Another major concern is the push to have prescriptions filled through Hillcrest's online pharmacy. We have been told that they will not provide prescriptions for us to fill through an outside pharmacy, which feels unnecessarily restrictive and is particularly disappointing given the significant prices we have paid for their services over the years. I was always willing to pay higher prices because I trusted the veterinarians and felt that Hillcrest provided excellent, customer-focused care. Unfortunately, with the loss of the doctors we trusted, declining customer service, difficulty communicating with the office, and the pressure to use their pharmacy, I no longer feel that the value is there. After more than 20 years as a customer, I am very disappointed to say that we will not be returning to Hillcrest.

She is totally pooped when I go pick her up. There's an app you can download to see your pup through out the day. Although, we had some issue with staff being lazy and not paying attention to the dogs. My dog was getting beat up by another dog. The staff member was clearly on his phone and paid no attention. But this issue has been resolved. That was the only complaint I had and the manager/boss has addressed the issue. Other than that, this is a great place! Would definitely recommend!!

One of my favorite features is it's so much fun to be able to see them interacting on camera. They clean thoroughly each night and make sure the girls eat. Soka, our coonhound follows us all over the house in the morning making sure she is not left behind. From the live cams we can see our old dog Jim laying in the sun and welcoming others to nap with him. Noah and Soka run and play with others all day long. Teddy, our puppy, runs and runs with the other pups, then they all nap and start all over again. Our pups are happy, and tired when they get home.

When the young lady came to our home the very first time were the best grooming we receive. She did an excellent job and I didn't have to make her aware what to do. Second time they were suppose to come to our home again and I received a call the groomer was out. Yes, your wife picked them up which I appreciated that. But, I had to bring them back down there again to get redone which they only did Leo and not Bailey which I asked. I let that go and still purchased a toy and were charged again to get just Leo redone. Third time the were coming to my home which were suppose to be this past Wednesday and I received a text with a different time then what I were told. We brought them down there Monday and this is when we picked them up they looked the same like they hadn't been touched. Then I received several text from the owner (female) being rude. Leave me alone. Anyone with real children or fur babies would be upset. So, I've asked you both to leave me alone.
