First, I am in El Paso, TX, not San Francisco. Car was in for simple bumper damage, and paint. I…read moredropped my husband to pick it up, and when he got home I went out to look at the car. It took me exactly 1.7 seconds to see that they painted it the wrong color. There is a plate inside the front driver's door that tells them exactly what color the car is, and the customer shouldn't have to tell them that. They paint cars, that's what they do. My color number is 40-Super White, and they used 70-Blizzard Pearl. I called immediately, and they laughed, and said they didn't notice it because it was in the shade. Did they paint it in the shade? Of course, they did inform me that there is a lifetime warranty and if it "bugs" me, just bring it in and they will repaint it. That's great, BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK! I didn't ask a landscaper to paint my car, I took it to a place THAT PAINTS CARS! I guess my rear bumper is now like a sparkly new accessory. Maybe I should get the front bumper painted the same to match. Just sitting here shaking my head.

Will tell you "every story" in the book when he tries to explain why he doesn't finish the work on time and will not guarantee or honor the work that he does! I've had to take my car to another shop just to repair his original work. STAY AWAY! You've been warned.
