The body repair work was fine, but they did a terrible job reassembling the front bumper, so everything was misaligned to the hood and quarter panels. I gave them one chance to correct it, and they just made it worse. So I brought my Z4 Roadster to Body Shop Experts (who DO specialize in BMWs) and asked what it would cost to realign everything. Arman fixed it for me the following business day and refused to let me pay them! That kind of kindness should be rewarded. They'll be my first stop if I ever need repair work done again.

We purchased the van from Henderson Mercedes-Benz in Nevada in 2024, and after spending a long time researching and meeting with different conversion companies, ADF clearly stood out. Their engineering expertise, attention to detail, and deep Mercedes-Benz knowledge were on another level. Being a certified Mercedes-Benz expert gave us tremendous confidence that the van was being built and modified correctly from both a performance and reliability standpoint. Jeremiah and his crew were patient, creative, professional, and genuinely great to work with throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship and quality exceeded our expectations -- every detail has exceptional fit and finish. For the interior build, we chose the dining area, lofted bed, enclosed bathroom and shower, full galley, Isotherm 135 fridge/freezer, and a bench seat modified from a 3-seat to a 2-seat setup for extra flexibility. The removable bench seat gives us even more cargo room when needed. The swivel seats are an absolute must-have and make the living space feel much larger. We also added a diesel-fired heater for winter camping, a 12V AC system for summer trips, 810Ah of lithium batteries, and 300W of rooftop solar, giving us plenty of off-grid capability. On the exterior, we went with the roof package, Owl spare tire carrier, side ladder, rear ladder, and the large Owl storage box. We upgraded the suspension with rear suspension improvements and Van Compass Rally Struts up front. The new CaTune front bumper with the 12,000 lb Warn winch looks amazing, and the matching CaTune rear bumper completely transformed the van. The Method Racing 17-inch wheels with KO3 tires finish it off perfectly. Everything comes backed with a 3-year warranty, which gave us even more confidence in the build quality. Bad communication, quality issues (small things are simply skipped, big things are not what they…read moresay it will be at all), and they charged for top shelf AGM and turns out they stuck in some no-name lead acid battery, tucked under other parts so I only found out several months later when batteries degraded severely. The top shelf battery maker who were about to replace them under warranty felt bad and said their battery is counterfeited often, and even offered a good discount for the replacement. They owed me nothing but still felt responsible for it out of good heart. So, how did the ADF decided to deal with it? Never return phone calls. I was connected to this garbage of a business only because a friend of mine who worked at a dealership referred me through his work. But these guys are really making crime out of bad business. I had them fabricate an aluminum lock out box, put basic house electrical system, and put a roof fan on. Every single item had to be redone in some way, never to satisfaction. They didn't bother wiping dust off the metal when applying caulking, made a mound of caulk that pooled water, lockout box was a structural disaster and dimension was a couple of inches wrong kn two sides, electrical parts were literally wired onto a scrap ply and shoved under passenger seat, dangling and unsecured. Also, they billed every part with ridiculous mark-up, in this day and age it is so easy to look up how much things cost and it was MSRP or more on every one of them. Any self-respecting business, or a person with integrity would make a transparent bill and add the labor, and add contingency. Clear, fair, simple, honest. Every step of the way it was just... unprofessional, sloppy, sleazy... things just wreak here. I don't know how many people they cheated and lied to for money, they shouldn't be in any business of any type for this kind of fraudulent practices. I wasn't ordering them do a whole van or anything, and I moved on but anyone shopping around, there are so many other places to take your van to these days to get them done any way you like. Think again. These kind of problems in a business no amount of money can fix, it'll only make it worse. My business to them was back in 2016, so I don't know what the place is like now but I decided to leave a review here so any shoppers considering this shop will think twice, and keep their senses up.
