I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I am happy/pleased with my service from start to finish. I highly recommend JMP Autowerkz. Thanks guys.

Hello potential consumers…read more I would like to give an update on how the interaction has been since my last review. It's now been approximately 3 weeks since my last review regarding my service with Kevin and believe it or not I'm still here waiting for him to install my lights that are supposedly finished. The last time he said he would do a mobile service out to me to install the lights in my car but that has not yet happened and today I receive a text message basically stating that since I gave him a low rating he will not be doing a mobile service anymore and now I have to be inconvenienced by having to drive to his shop in Northridge to get them installed during the week when most of us have to work. So the lack of customer service still continues and then he goes on to say that he won't do a mobile service because there is no guarantee that I won't erase my review and give him 5 stars!!!! What business owner tells a customer that and then he won't refund my money because he says he doesn't refund on custom work well then as an unsatisfied customer he needs to make good on his word and come out to me and make it right, maybe then I'll change my review but until such time I will keep informing the potential customers of what type of service you may run into with this guy. Until he comes out to me and fulfills his commitment to his customer I will continue to give him a 1 star rating. I'm sure after this message he'll be texting me again. Hopefully it's to make it right!!!

Now I'm not one to request a service or talk bad about someone without providing the receipts but here are attached my contact that got no response till this day, my email that didn't get a reply, my Instagram messages that never got a reply and a promise of having them ready and the Facebook messages with some replies but ultimately ending in the same result, no response and flaking. I also called multiple times and left voicemails and no response. I also had a friend who previously ordered some and he ignored it. The service requested was a pair of headlights and provided the color and itching and here I am getting no responses. I was not requested a deposit or anything .This kind of service does not provide any kind of value in the market , where a customer orders something and there is no response. He also deliberately asked me to take down my post because of his poor reputation and I did but with no result. Too many chances with no proper service. Go somewhere else with your money. 0/10. I waited since December and nothing. You can see him messaging me from his personal account, and still no reply. There is no accountability. Cant hide the messages and receipts. There is still no attempt to fix the request to purchase new lights.

I reached out got a request insanely quick with a amazing price compared to others set up an appointment to drop off my car, and was all finished in the estimated time line... Armen give me an estimate until he saw it in person. We were happy with the estimate and went to take her car to the shop. The price was still the same and Armen explain the whole process to us. The cost was very reasonable and less than we thought it was going to cost. They accept cash and credit card with no fee. The work took about 3 days and they went above and beyond on the work. There was some internal damage that we couldn't see but Armen fixed them with no additional charge. They also washed the car and was in the process of applying the tire dressing when we arrived to pick up the car. It looked better than before and we are overjoy with the amazing work they did. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who need body work on their car. Customer service is top notch and their craftsman is amazing. The warranty is also lifetime so that's always good.

I mentioned the last car stereo business I had gone to, and he knew the owner by name. Stephan knows his industry--installing stereos since age 12. Expert dash cam install by Torian. And I enjoyed chatting with Stephan about things we can do with my Highlander Hybrid's stereo.
