I had a last minute idea to make a custom stamp for my daughter's wedding that was happening in a week. Unfortunately for me, the business was swamped and Margaret, the owner, warned me that she couldn't make any promises to get it done as quickly as I wanted, but reading all her great reviews on yelp, I crossed my fingers and had her do the job anyway. I provided her with crappy low resolution artwork and she turned into a great looking stamp ...ahead of schedule!! I wish I had more use for stamping projects so I could give her more business because she does great work, plus (and just as important), she is a sweet person to work with. Great local business! I was shopping around for a custom rubber stamp for my business. After checking out countless of other places, I found West Valley Rubber Stamp. I was able to email my design and pay over the phone, which was AWESOME. The whole thing was completely painless. I was given a 48 hour turn around time on my order. My custom stamp was ready when promised and looked great! The price was about half of what I had been quoted from other stamp makers as well. Nice local business with very friendly employees. We were happy with the stamps we had made here. Not inexpensive, though. CALL BEFORE HEADING OVER. We made the mistake of swinging by one day during normal store hours only to find the shop closed up as the owner was taking her dogs for a walk (and not during the 'normal' walk times listed on the door). I found West Valley Rubber Stamps online throughout my searches for a new stamp for the office I work at. We are out of Massachusetts and the stamps arrived just 4-5 days after I placed my order (over a weekend). Before ordering I spoke with the sweetest woman on the phone, Margaret, I had a bunch of silly questions, such as sizing and what she thought would be best and I told her my needs and she helped me pick something that would work best for the money. She spoke with me for over 10 minutes and couldn't have been nicer. After my interaction on the phone with her she has been emailing with me back and forth to let me know the status, and even apologized for a delay because they were out on Friday.
