Yesterday we needed only the periodic service on our 3 year-old-car, plus a minor repair, and walked away with a bill of less than $120. He began to berate me over and over again about how he had no change, how it was early and how would I think he would have change yet, didn't even open the register. In the end I found 20$ in my wallet, which didn't even fill me up halfway, and I left extremely upset after being laughed at and yelled at by the attendant. 1) If you are primarily running a cash business -- which is why people visit this station for the most part in particular-- you must have change on hand at opening and at all times throughout the day. Seriously, you drive 50 feet south and the Shell gas station there sells each gallon of regular for more than $0.50 less. There's no justification for that kind of a mark up. To make matters worse, whether by a lack of facilities or by policy, they do not offer a bathroom for customers. Stay away. There are other options on both sides of Connecticut, and in either direction. Stop elsewhere.
