Buyer Beware: Asked for full set med/long. When asked if I wanted skinny coffin or just coffin I stated skinny. Upon taking two hours to do some weird color powder technique that I have seen no other nail tech do, I was charged $85. $50 for the mediocre shaped nails okay you tried no complaints I just won't come back but where I draw the line is when I'm being charged $30 for a simple paint design that he made complicated. Instead of keeping it simple and creating his own upswell I am out of $85 and have to pay to have them removed somewhere else and pay again. I wanted them shorter but the length is still nice. A couple of nails were filed kind of ugly. The color I picked from the samples didn't match the color that was placed on my finger. The tips that I got aren't glued fully on my fingers. There's a significant amount of space between my natural nail and the tips. I am not sure if the nails will last a week. I hate to write this review because the nail tech was nice and the polish work was nice. But it could have done a little bit better. read more

Super slow since Ann isn't there anymore! Amy, the owner did my set and not even a week later, my pinky nail came off, so I went to have it placed back on, and not even 15 minutes, it came off again. I won't be returning because they are super high with their prices for work I get done cheaper elsewhere, for the same results. My nails look nice, but I spent over two hours here. In all fairness, I did not make an appointment however, they were not busy when I first walked in. My technician finished my pedicure and left me for over half an hour while my hands were soaking in acetone to remove my acrylic. I had to have another technician take over. Additionally, my initial technician cut me two times on the foot grater. At least they wash your feet well and spray your toes with alcohol so really there's no hope of it getting infected. Additionally, my initial technician burned me with the nail drill. Almost every finger I yanked my hand back because she had the speed too high. I did not experience this with the other technician nor have I ever experienced this at any nail salon. The pedicure itself took a long time, and so did the manicure. I only had the basic ones. For such a long time, it was a low key sloppy job. My cuticles are raw, I did not get cuticle oil. Their massages were more of a beating. Some clients had two technicians working on them while I was waiting forever. Additionally, they socially distanced me in a massage chair at first, but as more clients came in they placed them right next to me which is a large problem. What is the point of initially socially distancing when clients walk in when your salon is less full if you're just going to break social distancing anyway? If they can't handle that many clients, they should switch to an appointment only basis. They wanted me to wait for my nails to dry more, but honestly, the paint job was already a little mediocre and since it was regular old polish that would've chipped off in a week anyway, I did not care and decided to leave. The services were 41 dollars. I will take this experience as divine intervention to stop searching for cheaper salons and stick with Secret Escape. read more

Was looking for Brian per a recommendation, but he had left the company. I went ahead and showed them what I wanted. The nail tech tried his best I guess, but it took way too long. My nails didn't even last a week without breaking. One by one they were breaking below my nail line and it's not like I used my hands, fingers, or nails in a strenuous manner. This was a complete waste of money. The techs need more experience. It hasn't even been one month now and all have broken in half except 3. I can't even go get them off because one is hanging that I keep bandaged that hurts to pull off. Do not go there if you want great to perfection. Sorry! read more

There are new owners now and I can not say that they pleased me. There professionalism was not there and the wait was 3 and a half hours. They didn't do what I asked for and since I didn't like it they said they were going to cut my nails off without taking them all the way off. This was my worst experience at a nail shop ever. I should not have to argue with you to get what I want for the price we discussed. I was so disappointed because I know a lot of people who go here but after this experience none of us will be coming back. The original owners were a lot better than the ones that are there now. We showed her the picture that we wanted then they told us the price then they only did 2 out of the 8 fingers in the photo and they said I thought you only wanted two. I love this place. I had not had a professional manicure or pedicure in a very long time. They were great.

I usually like getting my nails done here. I don't do a lot for myself but getting my nails done is a real treat. Yesterday my experience was disappointing. The nail tech, who I believe was the owner, was very rough with me and quite fussy. She seemed frustrated that I could not hold my hand in the air while she filed and painted them. She also left me with the oil on my nails while she played on her phone. The pedicurist was rough as well. The previous owners would never behave like this. I believe they forgot that they are in the people business and the objective is make ladies feel and look beautiful. They also forgot that doing my nails properly is a reflection of their business. People always ask me "who did your nails"? I'll be using another tech from now on. read more

Went to this place based on the reviews boy was i wrong, went in and place was deserted looked like 6 people only worked there 5 of them were busy while one was just sitting on her phone, when it was my turn this woman did not even wait for the water to be warm had to tell her twice water was hot until she put cold water finally and did my pedicure. Than when it was my turn for my manicure i showed them a picture of one of the sets THEY did that was on THEIR page and lady who was going to do them had to ask another lady what i wanted meaning she more than likely had no idea how to do it. Imagine sitting for 2 hrs lady is doing layers of shellac while i am curious as to when will she get to the main part of the nail design i came in for. So finally when she was satisfied to the layer of polish and did not even double check her filing since all my tips were not flat but bumpy and not smooth she LITERALLY had to ask the lady she asked in the beginning and another guy about the style i wanted. The guy just gave her the stuff and it went downhill she was literally packing on the glitter not even reviewing the picture i gave her till the guy was SEEING her struggle i told her politely "its fine just leave it" the guy got up took all the glitter she put on first not taking it off completely and she just said "he fix" and his was just as bad. So pretty much his was worser proving she had no idea how to even do the design and he had to fix her mistake. For sure will be going back to get them fixed or get my money back.
