I was shopping next door at the shoe store and decided to get a pedicure. I have to say I really liked it the customer service was friendly, I was seated immediately after entering, the location seems new or remodeled very clean, and they did an amazing job on my feet. I got a regular pedicure French tip nails it came out to $27 very reasonably priced. I took a picture of the price list but everything is competitively priced for the area and for the quality of service they offered. I will definitely be returning! I was looking for a good nail salon near my house and I came across Kathy's nails on yelp. I got a mani-pedi and loved my results. I got three different colors on my hands in regular polish and my pedicure for $37! The shop is clean and has a calm atmosphere. It looks new inside. The lady who did my polish did an excellent job. This is the only place I go to get waxed. They are fast but efficient! I went from paying $30 for my eyebrows to $5! I want to get my nails & toes done but never have time. If they do nails like they do brows, then I know they're good. Update: I got my nails and toes done. THEY WERE GREAT! my pedicure lasts longer than 2 weeks and my nails don't need a refill for about 3 weeks. read more

Their customer service has gotten worse over the years. They make you wait, with no reassurance that you're next. They barely acknowledge you when you walk through their doors after 5pm. There is no line!!! They pick and choose who they want to go first. After getting a manicure, I was told I had to rub in my own lotion. When using the massage chair, I was screamed at and told to turn it off because my service was close to finish. I kept it on, and the lady made me MOVE to a regular chair! They do good nails, but give bad service. If I'm paying you, I need to also feel special in paying you. read more

This nail salon was the worst place ever, I went in for a refill and a cut down. Keep in mind that my previous place did a really good job with shape and length. I sat down and she stared to file the gel off my nails, she refilled them and started to cut them done. She just stared to cut them all without checking the size of each nail to compare, so all my nails are shorter then others, then she started to file the sides and was doing it at such a fast pace that they are now very uneven. When she stared to paint them I noticed that my nails where very bumpy and I told her and she was saying that my nails where like that before she did them they weren't. So now I have ugly nails that are all uneven and gross looking for thanksgiving. read more

I go here to get my eyebrows done only. I decided to try a pedicure. Well it was the worst experience. I didn't go to get my eyebrows done just for a pedicure. As soon as I walked in I wasn't greeted. The Asian ladies kept talking about their personal business while I sat in the chair for 10 minutes while two worked and one was standing talking about her child and college. Then one of them told me to get in a chair. And then placed me in lukewarm water, I asked nicely for hot water, the lady put a little bit in. Then I asked ten minutes later she said later. So after 15 minutes of my feet freezing, she finished with someone else. Changed my water and it was cold again. I asked nicely again for hot water. She made it so hot I couldn't put my feet in it. At the end of the pedicure, she was trying to rinse my feet off with cold water and I wouldn't put my feet in the water. And she yelled ma'am it's not cold and it was. And I said yes it is cold and almost started crying. I told her how rude she had been and I would never be back. I will not return and I will keep going to Cali Nails. After all I drive 2 hours to get to the southwest and don't want bad service. read more

No one speaks to you when u walk in. No smiles. They have you wait forever although hey aren't packed. They need some updating in the inside. And they aren't very clean. I absolutely love this place. I've been to other nail salons in the area, and this by far is the best. The ladies here are so welcoming and nice. The atmosphere is great and the salon is very clean. They do an amazing job with Mani and pedis and the eyebrow lady is amazing. She makes your eyebrows look great every time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for years. The owner and her daughters are very nice. They all do a very good job of eyebrow waxing. They have been open for 19 years. The eyebrow wax is $7. I'm always happy to return. I highly recommend Kathy's Nails! read more
