These nails were so terribly done, they began lifting in less than a week. Before making it to week two, they peeled off like cheap press ons. The tech who did them struggled to do this set and just couldn't get the shape right. She had me in the chair for about one and a half hours with constant filing due to poor application. They charged me $40 for hot garbage nails and call themselves "Discount Nail ". To be frank, this should be no more than $30. it's overpriced for the quality of work. I was so upset leaving the salon and reluctant to pay but at that point what's done was done. Would not recommend this salon for a full set. However , the girl who did my pedicure did an excellent job and is the reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one. read more

I came to this location today looking to get a basic pedicure w/ shellac. I was told there would be a wait but never how long it would be. I sit and i wait for 20 minutes. Nothing. At this point at least 3 clients have finished & the techs have gone to the back to do who knows what because i never saw them come back out. I wait 30 minutes still nothing. Now it's been almost an hour & im still waiting. Another lady walked in & sat next to me & she begins to wait for service as well. Finally one of the techs starts to prep a pedi bowl. She says ok come on & i begin to gather my items so i can move. She says no not you, the lady next to you. At this point i am pissed & i tell the lady not to even worry about it because now im leaving. This nail shop truly needs to work on their customer service. This was terrible. read more

Lee has been mine and my mother's go to pedicurist since I was a child. She's not afraid to get in there and leaves your feet silky smooth afterwards. As I've gotten older, she never fails to remember the smallest of details of my life that my mother and I have shared with her. She's watched me grow up and always treats us with respect. The past few years, I've been going with Holly for my pedicures and she is also very good at her job. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because a few years back, when I had my 1st pedicure with Holly, she nicked the top of one of my toes, and I developed a very ugly scar, and when I went to another salon they told me that something was inside the cut which caused it to be that ugly. Since that first incident, Holly has been very diligent and pays more attention. read more

Don't ever let Nancy do your nails after two weeks they look like shit. I went back to talk to her and she told me no she wasn't going to fix my nails. I paid $55 dollars for my nails to be done and then she has the nerve to say she's not going to fix them. Normally my nails last 6 weeks with the powder. im not from Houston, but when my family and I come to visit our sisters when always get pedicures and I always get my nails done, but after today Nancy will never do my nails. read more

This is the worst place. It's literally behind my house so I've been here numerous times. The workers are consistently rude. Here's a roundup of some too, recent incidents. 1. On one occasion after a pedicure I asked for the foam slippers to wear out of the store. This was after I paid and tipped. They told me I had to pay extra for those (which I haven't been told since). However, I used all my cash to pay for the services and tipping the staff. They laughed at me as I tried to walk out the store with my shoes. 2. My mom asked for shellac on her toes (which they don't do). They charged her extra for shellac even though they gave her regular polish. 3. The artists mock and are rude to you when you ask for corrections. read more

This people are so unprofessional (Nancy). I go every to weeks and I schedule an appt with Nancy to get my nails and feet done . I started getting the gel polish which is supposed to last longer like shellac. The nails would last about a week and then my nails would turn a Smokey brown color.I went and got my nails done again by Nancy on 10/5/2018 and by 10/7/2018 my nails turned Smokey brown again . I called Nancy and she told me that she wasn't fixing my nails and that I would have to speak to the owner that will be in at 7pm. I called back at 7pm and the owner wasn't in . Nancy then proceeded to tell she fix nails my nails but for $15 . I paid for a new set and you won't me to pay you $15 and I just left there on Friday . Beware you get what you pay for I have been getting nails on my hands for over 20+ years and have never been treated like this !!!! Stay Away !!!! These people not right !!! ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ read more

I've been coming to this place for years and have noticed the service progressively deteriorate. They start out polite, but get comfortable once they have secured you as a customer. If you tell them your pedi water isn't warm enough, they get upset. If you tell them you'd like your nails cut shorter, they get upset. If you tell them your French tips are too thin, they get upset! They get upset about you telling them how you feel about a service YOU are paying them to provide! Not to mention their unsatisfactory hygiene (I take my own stuff). I only go here when I'm pressed for time and need a very fast or last minute mani/pedi. When I have time and and care about quality, this is not my go-to nail salon. They will leave the acrylic on your nails so thick and messy. If you tell them they messed up or its crooked, they'll get upset with you, take them all off and force you to go to another salon.
