Stay away, will not honor quote given, not trustworthy!!! They would not honor the quote that was given previously recently of $740. Instead they said, that the guy working for them is no longer there, and they would not honor the previous quote, and now would charge $1600, for removing tree palm trees and removing one stump. Reply, based off companies reply. Bad business practices!!! The company replied with they are sorry for the misfortune, and that they did not receive confirmation from two months ago to move forward with the job ( there was no Misfortune except that they did not honor their word/quote, that I have in writing as offered in Yelp) . They failed to acknowledge that I had supplied three pictures showing all three prom trees, and that is what their previous employee quoted us. That is the reason they would not honor the quote, as Jessica advised me on a phone call, the quote was too low. Rey was great! Came out and took our 25 plus foot tree down, cleanly and safely, in about 35 minutes, and hauled away all of the limbs. Also ground up the stump and roots, and filled in the hole. The entire job took about an hour and a half, and very reasonably priced! You cannot even tell that a tree was ever there! If you are looking for a tree service that cares then look somewhere else. Yes, they cut down trees fast. However the minute they do something wrong they say "not my problem". While stump grinding my tree they went right into my main water line. Yes, I understand that they didn't know it was there and they are not liable. What they did after was intentional though. After shutting off the water, they covered the pipe with wood chips and dirt and acted like it never happened. That dirt and wood chips got into my water system and caused major problems. They were very unprofessional and said to my face "not my problem". They wouldn't even offer a discount for their mistake. When I asked for the paperwork stating that they were not responsible and for their business license number they refused to give it. I highly doubt they are even licensed. So yes, if you want someone to cut down your trees without a care in the world then go for it. But don't be surprised when they fuck up your wall and water system and then turn around and be assholes about it. read more
