They talked with us first to confirm the details (where to trim the tree, and how much of a reduction in height). The branches and debris were cleared up promptly, leaving no mess. I'm absolutely impressed by this company. I had scheduled with a different company to have two trees cleaned up and a large agave stalk removed. The stalk was about 15 feet tall and heavy. It was a hazard as it was starting to lean towards my house. After the original company rescheduled 3 times, I reached out to WestCo Tree Service and they got a team out to me the very next day, despite being pretty solidly booked up. Hired them to cut down a tree in my backyard. They arrived early, finishing the job quickly, and did a good job.

This company is great! We worked directly with Rey who answered my request within minutes. We sent out a request to 6 companies and he came back with the best rate and quickest response. We scheduled service and they came out 4 days later. They were all wearing masks AND they were an hour early which made us happy. They removed and grinded a pineapple shaped palm within 45 minutes. While on site we asked if they could spruce up 3 palms and grind up other stumps of trees we had cut down a few months prior. Rey was willing and able to do all the work and finished within 2 hours AND the extra charges were VERY reasonable and no hidden fees. They cleaned up very nicely and hauled it all away. As you can see from the before and after pictures, it looks like there was never a tree there. We will definitely use them for future projects. We recommend WestCo.
