They charged me $330.00 for my mouse problem which they did not fix. The tech kept changing my appointment without telling me the new time and date, I called the offfice and was told that the techs could have other customers they have to service so they could be pulled from an appointment at anytime. I asked to speak to the techs supervisor and was told by the office she did not know who that was. I work and it is impossible to keep missing work because of the appointment issues. I will not do business with this company again and I will tell everyone that this is how they do business and advise them to look for someone else. WORST EVER‼this company is a JOKE‼ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THREE TIMES THEY WERE A NO SHOW. I should've ended with the first NO SHOW. I live in LA, but have a property in Fresno. I make sure to schedule the appointment, when someone will be available to let the technician through the gate. I received confirmation email of my appointment, oddly scheduled 4am-8am??? After inquiring with customer service,b this is just a "generic" to ime frame, as who would spray in the dark. By 2pm, The technician still hadn't shown up. When I called him, he said that he was pulled of the schedule. When I called Customer Service, there was no record of f my appt. Even though I had an email to information. Laney, the CSR rep was very professional, despite my venting. I told her several times that she is my outlet, it's not her fault & I am not upset with her. I'm so frustrated with the company. When asked for a mgr, I was given a Supervisor Talia, who was extremely, non empathetic & basically, denied the fact that I even had an appt. Worst customer service. I was a recent customer, had spoken in depth to the sales representative about the services I wanted. Bug control and mosquito repellent. Initially they came out very quick to do my bug spray down then was told someone would call me for the mosquito service. 2 weeks later, not a single call. I finally called them back and the rep apologized up and down for the error. Stated I would get a call back within that day to schedule services. 3 days later and I have yet to receive a call back. I'm canceling this crap service. Absolutely zero reason why this should have even happened. read more

I'd rather have spiders than deal with them. Horrible service/ customer service after being bought out. Technicians don't show up when scheduled. Local manager changes days and times while I'm waiting for service. Paid 3 months at a time and when finally decided to quit the company, due to lack of service, they won't even credit me the three months when nobody showed up. Said because of payment plan there's nothing they can do. Totally wrong to pay for a year of service and receive 9 months. Western lost this long time customer. My parents used their services for many years and they died. This company has been horrible to us during this time. My parents gave them some much business and even when one of their workers stole from my mother, she continued using them. I received great service with past technician's however the newer technicians are more concerned with being on their phones verses doing the job they are paid to be doing. A gentleman from the company stopped and helped me jump start my car. I tried to tip him but he declined it. I dont know his name but i remember the company logo of his truck that he went back into. I do not need pest control service but i hope if anybody does in the Madera area that they get Western Exterminators. I hope the gentleman who helped me sees this. I recently purchased a home. During escrow the owner had this company make an inspection. There were termites and mold damage to the home. They tented the home for the termites through a different company which was fine. Under the kitchen and bathroom sink there was some damage. It looked like they just wiped the back wall down instead of replacing the sheet rock behind to remove damaged area because there was still a lot of damage left. It just looked like everything they did was half done. The carpet was filthy and stained after there work was "completed". I will never use this company for any future services nor recommend them. After my first review on Yelp I contacted customer service. Though I was not the one who contracted the the company, my home is still under the warranty. As a new home owner, single mom and widow it is financially devastating to find termites in your home even after all inspections and treatment. But I have been re assured by the manager whom was very prompt and kind it will be taken care of. read more

Whoever was their truck parked in front of my house, they just dumped their McDonald's bag of trash and their water bottles. Who do you think is going to clean that up? The park rangers? No one except the house owner and they worked several houses away. They are not professionals and they are not well know to be used as a business. Had appointment between 1 and 3 today. No show, no call. I called customer service at 1:30 to verify appointment and 3 more times when they didn't show. Each time customer service said someone would call me. Didn't happen. Terrible customer service. I don't know how a company can stay in business providing customer service like this. read more

I just had my seasonal pest control service. The office staff was most cooperative (especially, Clarissa). I was very pleased with technician's (MARIO's) efficiency. He was polite, knowledgeable, and answered my questions patiently. Mario did a thorough job and I was impressed. Thanks very much, Mario. I have been with the company for the last couple of years and they have been attentive to my pest needs. The problem is during the same time I have seen at least three price increases amounting to about $10. I have two homes for me. While I have nothing bad to say about the service they are not that company that you just have to have, they are okay...so I am not willing to keep paying the price increases. Sadly to say, I called and expressed my dissatisfaction only to get the standard answer operating costs are going up. I have began interviewing other companies and will soon be transferring my service as there are many companies that are more competitive in price...sorry! read more

Please do not use this company. On June 4th 2020, I had a "residential sales specialist" quote me on exterminating a gopher problem in my front yard. He quoted and scheduled me for four services. After servicing my residence for two of the four services, I was told by the technician that he would have to call his supervisor to do the next service. That never happened and I never received the final two services. In September, I received an invoice requesting payment for services rendered. I called customer service on 9/18 and informed them that the company did not finish the job and I would not pay. On October 7th, I received another invoice asking for payment. On 10/16 I once again called and again explained the situation. I was then told that I would be called by a district manager within 48 hours. Never happened. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use them again and will never refer then to anyone else. read more

I went with this company because they had good reviews. The cameras in my home tell a different story. I caught the exterminator lying on the invoice saying that he completed the entire inside of my home. I had asked him beforehand to do the entire inside of the house with the exception of the closed door upstairs that we will leave our dogs in with a note on the door. The exterminator sprayed only my downstairs area and spent a total of 3 minutes in my home. I called the manager and at first he told me that the employee claims he did go upstairs. I sent him the video and even though he promised to call back that day he never did. 3 days later I called him and he told me that in the video you could hear dogs barking when the exterminator entered the home. They were locked up in a room and never came downstairs so I'm not sure why that even matters but he justified the actions of the employee because there were dogs barking. This would have been fine if that is what the invoice had stated. Instead he leaves that out and charges me for a complete job he didn't do. If you are at all worried about the people who enter your home when you are not there then I would highly suggest using a far more honest company. This one is not that. read more
