Joe and his team were able to resolve a problem with the boiler / hydronic system used to heat a building that I used to live in. Frank is a very good plumber! He determines the cause of your plumbing problem quickly and gets to work and fixes your problem the first time and does so in a timely manner. The most recent time he fixed my plumbing, it was for the pipe (behind the wall) that the external shower head pipe threads into. Frank had to cut into the wall to do this repair, and when it was done, he patched up the wall very neatly and professionally with drywall and plaster. It was easy to paint over and looked great. I needed new cartridges on a faucet and a new shut off valve for the front yard sprinklers because they were leaking and costing a fortune. I called Western Plumbing and Frank lived a block away from me! He came over and quoted a price for the faucet and shut off valve. I thought it was a little high but I have not hired a plumber in a while. It turned out that the job was harder then anticipated and he worked like hell to get the old faucet out and install a new one because we couldn't get cartridges for the old one.
