I had a clogged toilet on the second floor of my home. I've had other plumbers come to solve the problem in the past only to have it reappear again and again. Richard, the owner of YLP Plumbing, knew exactly what the problem was. It involved following the pipe to the first floor and under the house. He had to make extensive repairs in the piping under the house as well as bringing a router to clean the pipes, inspecting the pipes with a camera, noticing cracks in the pipes and bringing a special tool to epoxy and seal the pipes for a permanent fix. He did all of this without breaking into my walls and floors. If he had not made this major repair at this time, I would have had major damage later on with leaking pipes and structural damage. I also discussed other minor plumbing problems in the house, and he impressed me with his knowledge of the cause of the problems and how to fix them. Once again, I did have other plumbers come to solve these minor problems in the past only to have them reoccur.
