Service center answered our call with a live person. Needed to have water heater repaired or replaced. Price given by the onsite plumber was very high, would have waited but I couldn't leave my 92 year old my mother in-law and caretaker without hot water. The company responded extremely quickly after putting in multiple request for services. After they responded less then 5 mins, I called the number at 9:26am and they had someone to arrive at the window of 10:30-12:30. I got a call at 9:54am and the person came out at 10:28am. Had a clogged shower that my snake was unable to resolve so when he arrive, he was fast and able to remove a significant amount of hair that was causing the water not to drain completely. I have now used their services twice. Once was for a gas leak. They came out next day and inspected multiple places in our home and found two gas leaks. They repaired them quickly and efficiently. There was a mixup in the quote and final price but it was resolved. The other time they inspected the sewer pipes with a camera because our drains were backed up. They showed us how roots were in out pipes. They used hydro Jets and a spinning tip that cleared the clog and got rid of the roots. They came out quickly and charged us a fair price.
