I worked with another plumber and recently had some issues so decided to try a new one. Rapid Rhino came up with positive reviews and left a message for Dave, he replied right away and scheduled a visit to check out a smell in the house. He checked out our bathroom and said let's caulk the toilet and if that doesn't work then I'll come back, he performed the work and didn't even charge for a visit. While here I shared some concerns with the age of the plumbing and he came back a couple days later with a camera and walked me through the condition of our pipes and recommended hydro jetting along with descaling, although we likely needed the descaling, with the cost, decided just to do the hydro jetting and appreciated that he didn't pressure us and gave a fair price. He performed the work and ran the camera again to show us the clearing in the pipes, we also had some critters come up from the clean out and he helped take care of them too!
