The only reason This dealership got 1 star is because of my sales person Maya was very nice and is new to the car business industry so she's pure still. But this Manager Michael Stahl is the worst. I pass by two weeks ago in the lot just seeing cars I might be interested in. I'm talking to Maya and her sale manager Michael comes out tells me he loves my truck and trade it in. Mind you it's a Shelby level f150 and he's like I know the value it's big. I show him a dealer in Indiana in writing bill of sale offer he agrees and says "I'll match it ". I sad I'll let him know. He directs Maya to hound my phone every day for the next two weeks. Guy calles me his name is Moe he's the finance manager tell me he would also match it. So I give in and come in I tell them in the phone I showed you the bill of sale worksheet in writing what the dealer in Indiana offered he said yes I'll give you that. I go in and look at the lot. Then go inside. He writes up a deal and comes to me and say look I'm not giving you what you asking he tells me a price that is almost $15k lower just because he says I can't pay that much.... And I said look I told you specifically if you can't match it no worries on the phone. He starts to raise his voice and tries to show me that his balls are dropped. Extremely disrespectful and cuts me off every word I tried to make my case he was no basically acting like he owns the place. I understand negotiating tactics but he was not using those he was trying to show that he doesn't budge and knows everything. I told him he made Maya call me and waste my time and hers too all because he's trying to steal the truck so he can make a big profit. I told him to give me his business card now mind you this was in middle of the empty showroom floor with 4 sales people all watching. He continues to belittle Maya and tells her to go "fetch him"his business card from his desk she was startled and he pointed at her and said "do what I told you hurry up ".. wow she goes and gets it for him he gives it to me and tells me to leave "His Dealership" as I left I told him he didn't even ask what car I would put my finger in he assumed everything and read a book by the cover and didn't even realized that I'm a Director in Sales and I would never hire a person like him he is the reason everyone hates dealing with dealerships. He doesn't deserve to lead a team he thinks he's big and bad and nothing stinks. I would highly urge the owner to reach out to their GM and correct it before it's too late. He escalated the situation instead of cooling it and work a deal he completely handled it wrong and was trying to show his team that he's the head huncho but it backfired

Electrical cords left exposed when I picked it up - was NOT this way when I dropped it off and completely unacceptable.

Electrical cords left exposed when I picked it up - was NOT this way when I dropped it off and completely unacceptable. When I came to pick it up, I found it like this - immediately came back in & most of the whole "service team" were out - two guys were there making unprofessional, snarky comments towards each other and did the most half assed job, tucking the wires out of view. This is beyond unacceptable. They completely wasted my time - my van sat in their lot for over 5 days and couldn't find any of the issues I reported that I have video/picture proof of - they were not willing to fix my issue because they knew it would cost them money to order a new part & install it and instead completely wasted my time. In addition, they told me they would communicate by a certain time and failed to do so. Unreliable, untrustworthy and did not resolve any of my issues that were under warranty. Will NOT be returning here ever again & recommend for others to avoid.

I explained I had several large payments coming to me, but no idea when. I was told it wasn't a problem. And the car could be held indefinitely. So I bought it. Or, thought I did. I had it registered in my name. Things happened. People were fired. New people came in. Steve the new manager, took it upon himself to put my car, back on the lot, without informing me. I had to find out by driving by. I called to speak to my sales person. He quit today. So, I have to call the dealership to find out all this. This " new manager " Steve, decided this is what he was going to do without talking to any of his people. Including, Isreal, the " new financing" guy, I spoke to Yesterday ! I had to tell the whole story to him, from the beginning. Isreal told me he was going to redo the contract, and I could just come in and resign it. Which I was absolutely fine with. Then today I find out Steve decided, apparently all on his own, to not sell me, my car already registered in my name to me. He also put it back, up for sale. Finally, he didn't even bother to notify me! I would have shown up to the dealership to sign the contract, and have been faced with this blindsided. I promise it would not have been pretty. And probably would have ended with me in jail. So I guess, I have to be thankful I found out accidentally. When I called him, he couldn't be bothered to give me his attention. So yeah......don't go here, if you actually want a vehicle. If you enjoy wasting your time then, I definitely recommend them.

The sales staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and it genuinely felt like our presence was an inconvenience. In particular, a salesperson named Mike left a very negative impression. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and far from what I would expect when making such an important purchase decision. I came in seriously considering a Toyota Land Cruiser, but after my interaction with him, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To make matters worse, the showroom itself did not reflect the level of quality I associate with Toyota. Several display vehicles appeared dirty, unfinished, or poorly presented. There was even a Toyota Tundra on display that appeared partially assembled, with boxes and debris still sitting in the truck bed. I walked in excited about the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle and left disappointed. A dealership's staff and presentation matter, and unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations

It seemed ok to me but now I have to contact them to inform them of this situation. We ended up having to drive a bit away, but this vehicle had most of what we wanted - fine. For some reason, they still kept us there for over 3 hours though. And we were told that the Costco price is LESS than what the dealers pays for it. Who the hell is going to believe that nonsense? Then for our trade in, they started out with an offer of $3,500. I immediately said no. He got up to $4,500 and said that we can always come back to sell it - no pressure. We opted for the latter. Well, we did go back today to sell it, and they offered $3,200. I said that was below the original offer. I was angry for my time and money being wasted and said that I was going to write reviews (more to come). Then big boy got nasty with me and told me that I "don't make sense". I can't help him if he thinks going from $4,500 to $3,200 would not make someone less than happy. If you are incapable of sticking to your word, isn't this the most likely outcome. Does that make sense big boy? If you need any other lessons, I will have to charge you. I arrived at the dealership on time for our appointment. The dealership was not busy, yet they still were not prepared for me. After waiting a bit, they finally introduced me to a salesperson who seemed unaware of my request and appeared fairly inexperienced. That in itself was not a problem. I'm also in sales and actually enjoy interacting with newer sales professionals. Eventually he brought the first vehicle for a test drive, but it was not ready. The fuel gauge was showing empty and the navigation screen was not working. Again, not necessarily the salesperson's fault, so I didn't make a big deal about it. However, things quickly went downhill after that. When I expected to see and test drive the other vehicles I had specifically scheduled the appointment for, he told me he didn't have time to show me the others and that I should just pick one because it "wasn't that big of a deal." The dealership was practically empty, yet apparently there was no time for a customer who had scheduled an appointment and done their homework ahead of time. At that point I politely asked for my driver's license back and left. This was simply subpar service, service that even someone who works in sales and understands the challenges of the job couldn't tolerate.
