Practically one of the least pleasant things I can think of is having periodontal procedures but…read moreDr. Patel makes it much more palatable (lol, pun intended). I had to have a frenectomy and then gum grafting surgery and I was absolutely terrified. I'd never had any kind of surgery before but had severe gum recession and it needed to be done. Considering the circumstances, the office couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They make it really easy to schedule and they will update you via your preferred contact method. I was given all pre- and post-op instructions over text, which I much prefer to a phone call. Dr. Patel is amazing--he's funny, efficient, and really makes you comfortable in his care. Love him! I truly cannot imagine having a better experience at the periodontist. And nobody wants to go to the periodontist.

The office staff is all very kind and caring, and Dr. Patel is extremely friendly and upbeat in addition to knowing his stuff. My daughter was pretty scared about the procedure, but they made her feel comfortable and took really good care of her. They called later that day to check on how she was doing, which I appreciated. I'm sure most people don't hope to need the services of a periodontist, but if you find yourself looking for once, I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel.

Dr. Fleming has been our family dentist for years. His office is in a very nice location where…read moretraffic isn't an issue. The office is always immaculate including the fish tank that tends to keep the kiddos happy. The office staff is also always friendly and helpful. They will provide an estimate before any large work is done. I know if I have an emergency, they'll work me in as quickly as possible and he'll take care of me. He is always gentle and explains what he is going to do to fix my tooth/teeth. I also love that he makes his own crowns, so in one visit I can be done and not need multiple visits. I highly recommend making him your new dentist for all of your needs!

After coming here since 2022 when my family moved to Hamilton County, I am disappointed to have to…read morerate this clinic one of five stars. I was originally scheduled for February 3, 2026 at 8am. I confirmed that appointment, but was then texted that an "earlier" appointment for February 2 at 7am was available. Knowing that I have two kids in daycare, and that mornings can be difficult, the additional time allotted by the 7am appointment would be far more convenient, as I could be in-and-out before going home to get the kids ready, and before my workday begins. They confirmed the 7am appointment for February 2 at 7am, as per the attached screenshots. I showed up promptly at 7am today, only to find out that they don't start seeing appointments until 8am, and that the 7am was a typo. I had already planned my morning around this, but politely acknowledged the mistake and said I'd be back around 8am. I went home, and as fast as I could, got my two children ready for daycare while my wife was staying home with a stomach bug. Despite my best efforts, and one screaming child, by the time we left the house, it was apparent I'd be arriving later than 8am. I did the responsible thing, and let them know I'd be 10-minutes late. Traffic changed that to 8:16am per Google Maps, so I sent a follow-up ETA. I was then told I needed to "reschedule". I honestly felt this was ridiculous, as I had an already put my children, my wife, and myself through an extremely chaotic morning to try and make their 8am appointment slot, and to be asked to shuffle around my schedule once more was simply unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. To add salt-to-the-wound, I only received a reminder text 48-minutes prior to the 8am appointment. Had this automated message arrived at any time yesterday, I would have had more time to adjust my morning and make the 8am time. It is difficult to have to find a new dentist simply because someone in the office was not careful when quoting a new timeslot. To ask the patient to take the entirety of the error on their shoulders shows extremely poor customer service.
