What really brought me here was they have a coupon for the star certified test only station. The owners have been doing this business for more than 20 years and was very friendly. The smog check process was easy and fast. Even though there were three cars in front of me, I got out of there less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended if you need smog check test only. Quick, efficient, and affordable! I pulled into the lot and was directed to pull my car forward into one of the two spots available. I was handed a clipboard with paperwork to fill out in my car, once completed, the gentleman working there took my paperwork and keys to perform the smog check. There's a shaded seating area with benches and a table for you to sit and relax. After about 10 minutes, he gives you your paperwork (hopefully a pass!), conveniently pulls your car up so that it's ready to go, you pay for the service ($40) and you're outta there! 5/5 stars for customer service and efficiency. read more

The most delightful thing about this smog center is the large cage of parakeets. I watched two birds playing and kissing, heard lots of sweet chirping, and watched a newborn learn to walk on the cage floor. This made the 20 minutes go by quickly. Annie, one of the owners, came to check on the birds and warmly greeted me. Credit card is taken but cash preferred. I will be back for future smog checks. read more

Super fast service even when there was a wait. There was about 4 cars in front of me and the whole process took about 20mins. There is a shaded bench area with plenty of seating. The best smog experience ever. I was the first to arrive​ and spent a few minutes looking around. I was immediately impressed by how clean the location was, and the friendliness of the owners. Annie instantly pronounced my name correctly​​, and remembered my name at the end. I enjoyed the manicured trees, and the large outdoor cage with parakeets. Came here because my fiancé recommended it. They charged my card upfront and then after taking my money said they can't do the inspection because I don't have a muffler ! All after The guy had already inspected my car. I am a ASE trained mechanic and showed the guy my muffler! Now I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for a refund ! (Ended up giving me cash they didn't know how to refund a card apparently).Horrible waste of time! He refused to even try to do the test at my expense!! Update : went down the street to all Another smog shop,he said my car was fine and referred Me to the shop across the street sense he was closing shop, got my smog done and passed in 10 minutes from the other shop. I've gone to this place a few times in the past few years. It's always been fast but I always went early in the day. Came here on a weekday afternoon at 430pm. Called the day earlier asking if I arrived by 5pm, would they be able to service me and the lady answering the phone said 'yes'. When I got to the place, there was no wait and the front office lady said $40 for my Lexus GS300. I was expecting to it be a 30 minute wait to get it all done. I started a personal call on my phone and next thing she came back to me saying the smog check passed and everything was done. The whole thing probably took no more then 10 minutes. I was amazed! Service. Awesome! Nice people. Prices. Very cheap and good at what they do. Shop. If you are expecting a nice lobby, parking lot, etc , this place isn't for you. This is a nice, cheap place that gets the job done quick. Recommendation. I would go here again and recommend others to go here. read more

I went to this place for a smog check, knowing I would fail because I had already been told my another mechanic that I needed a new catalytic converter. After the guy had finished my check, he told me that I failed and the reasons why. He never mentioned my catalytic converter but I asked him anyway. He told me that he didn't see a problem with that, so it was just the other problems that needed to be fixed. I was glad that I wouldn't have to be spending as much money to repair the issues. I got the other issues repaired and took it back for a retest where, after less than a minute, he told me that if he does a full test, I would fail again due to the catalytic converter. I will remind you that I already asked about the catalytic converter the first time I got my test and was told it was fine. This is a problem that could've been avoided if it were actually checked thoroughly when I asked about it the first time. read more

It's like any other small mom and pop shop around here. Reasonably priced if your car is 2000 and older. Just make sure you bring your coupon. My car is a 1999 so it was an extra $10 because it had to be tested on the dyno. Done in about 15 minutes. Just make sure you know your car will pass because he charges $30 for a retest. In response to one of your customers John E. that failed smog. I took my car to another shop and they knew it was going to fail (check Engine light on) but tested it anyway. It must be standard practice to smog it even tho it will fail. Got my smog here now no problems had to pay more adjust the engine to get check engine light off but it passed. read more
