This is a drive-thru station, they are quick, thorough, and efficient! I appreciated how easy the process was and how I was in and out in less than 20 min. I requested smog information via Yelp and they immediately responded; very professional and friendly. No appointment needed, I showed up pulled into one of their bays... Carly walked me through the entire process and I was in and out within 15 minutes. She was super friendly and very detailed with the entire process. Angel and Chin were the technicians and were super friendly, competent, and quick! I barely had time to drink a water before it was time to go. And, a cool perk getting your smog certificate there is they give you a free local car wash. Also, your certification goes straight to the DMV but they give you a copy of all the reports just in case you need it. So easy, so quick, very professional. Highly recommend this place. They were prepared, knowledgeable, and friendly. They contacted me immediately and set a the appt and then provided instructions on how to get there and what to do when i arrived. They guided me to where to the car would be inspected then offered me water, coffee or a carbonated beverage and a place to sit while they performed the service. We did the paperwork and what seemed to be around a half hour they finished the testing and I was on way. easy-peasy. Alexander responded to my request on yelp and informed me that they're open all 7 days from 8am 6pm. So convenient. I got there about 2:55pm and my smog was done within 12 min. I only paid $65 and got a certificate for a free car wash up the street - valid for a month. I had an outstanding experience here. This a drive thru smog station with awesome customer service. It was a little bit busy when I came on a Wednesday morning around 11, I waited about half an hour in the small parking lot before getting waved in.
