Caren and her team are creative, thoughtful and thorough in addition to being fun to work with. In the midst of this tragedy, they have quickly set up a temporary work location, secured necessary tools, (paint and cabinet samples, etc.) and have maintained an upbeat "can do" attitude. We have no doubt that their creative judgement and team strength will bring this project in on time. They are accessible and responsive to our questions and concerns, including budgetary needs and integration of current furniture and artwork, and their response to the current tragic situation speaks to their flexibility and professionalism. We initially were directed to them by Woodmode, because they are one of the design groups that uses that cabinet line. We have not been disappointed.

My husband and I made an appt and met with Mariann and Caren to discuss our project. This was our 3rd appt with a kitchen designer - and I was BLOWN away, they were BRILLIANT. Every suggestion, idea, etc...was so smart. We obviously decided they were the way to go - and did our measurements then put our order in. I think it took about 5 weeks for cabinets to arrive. Mariann was my contact throughout and was so helpful. She helped me with the sink, faucet, and backsplash decision. She was also a wonderful communicator with my contractor - and I never had any fear if I knew Mariann said so :) The installment was flawless - he was a true artist. There was a small issue with one cabinet closing correctly and it was fixed immediately. Our kitchen is absolutely stunning. I could not be any happier. Seriously - use the Kitchen Group!!!!

You select your vanities, the sink-tops, faucets, mirrors, towel bars... everything you need. Kiki seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the sizes that each vanity is available in, what is in stock and what is sold out, even part numbers. We walked around and picked out everything but toilets for our bathrooms... with Kiki by our side... and she remembered everything without even taking a note! Amazing. We needed to change one vanity and one vanity-top, so I called a day after our visit, and Kiki remembered our order and made the change, and everything was ready for pickup the next day. Prices are very good. Everything is very good, especially Kiki!
