Terrible customer service, untruthful company. Ordered tile through Houzz and FSS representative called me to convince me to cancel the order. Said he was a representative of Houzz and there was a problem with the order. The customer service of FSS lied and told me that I had to cancel the order. When I did so, he couldn't provide a confirmation number or anything else regarding the transaction or the refund. When I called back, he stated the truth was that they oversold the product and didn't want Houzz to ding them for selling out-of-stock material. I will have to block my credit card now to because any company like this willing to lie to customers surely can't be trusted with your credit card number. Stay away. read more

My wife was looking for a specific tile to install in our rest room. We could not find it. Lowes said it was discontinued. HomeDepot had it at $12 sqft. We came across this family owned business. Matan and Motty were very nice and helpul. Matan was able to get us the tile we wanted at way cheaper price. He also found us the high quality SPC floor at the lowest price. **BUYER BEWARE** I purchased Permat for my recent remodel. Beware that this company try's to mislead its customers. This product was priced PER SQ FT instead of per sheet as it indicates on the main section for entering your quantity. Description is very misleading as it indicates per sheet not per sqft. Only in the middle of the description, in the regular text, does it say that it is priced per sq ft and sold by sheets. Be aware of a company that try's to mislead its customers. I was looking for 104 sheets and only received 16 based on what I would call a very misleading description.
