Settled into a tiny single person both during a busy lunch hour. This place felt like a classic diner. Staff flying around, filling my coffee and hustling. Neat spot for breakfast or lunch. Ambience? Plenty of it. Just don't expect privacy if you need to have a private discussion. Beef patties, bacon and eggs for lunch. It was ok. 3 Come for the feel of this place and great staff.

Very reasonable pricing, especially in today's economy.

In town for work, so as I always do... i search for local diners to patron. Service was fast & friendly! Typical diner type atmosphere that was comfortable. Pull up to the bar area or grab a booth. Definitely going back tomorrow ! I chose the breakfast sampler known as the "VERY SPECIAL BREAKFAST" All for $8.99 (not including drink/ coffee). I thought the pricing was incorrect for the amount of food you get.

Turkey sausage and cheese omelette! So delicious

I had eggs and hash browns and sausage with Texas toast and jelly on it a half an inch thick.

A feeling I cannot explain unless you were alive during that decade to experience the authenticity of what a diner was and should be. The decor is phenomenal. The food is amazing. This experience was from August 2025. To celebrate completing the virtual Bobby Crim Race, a…read morefriend and I decided to go to Mega Classic Dinner. I even knew what I wanted before I got there, I love, love, LVE the Southern Omelette. My friend chose the Meat Lovers Omelette with the Flint Chili Sauce on the side. Additionally, we both wanted the Mega Cinnamon Roll French Toast. According to the menu, that can be added to any breakfast for $4.99. We're both Senior citizen. We typically eat part of our meals out then, bring the rest home to enjoy the next day. That was our plan for the Mega Cinnamon Roll French Toast. When our server presented the bill, I was taken aback by the total. It was almost $50.00; I just knew it shouldn't have been that much! I brought it to the attention of our server. (I wished I remembered her name; she was a sheer delight). She took the bill and said she would resolve the problem. Shortly thereafter, another young lady (I presume a manage), approached our booth in an huff asking about what we'd ordered. I replied the Mega Cinnamon Roll French Toast as I pointed to it on the menu with the highlighted Add to Any Breakfast for $4.99. We were told that since we were getting the French Toast to go, the $4.99 price was not in play. That didn't make sense to us. We only ate 1/2 our omelettes and we were taking the remainder of that with us. So let me see if I've got this correct. If we had opted to have the French Toast sent out with our omelettes, then requested to go containers, that would have been permissible? It seems to me, it would have been more financially prudent to make the adjustment (at least in this instance) instead of just canceling the French Toast. Before I could offer my logic, the young lady abruptly walked away in a huff while shouting to the kitchen staff, forget the French Toast. My goodness, what happened to the customer is always right? What began as a day of celebration turned sour within minutes. I haven't been back since. Yes, the food at Mega is yummy delicious, no denying that. The manger though, was so nasty and rude, I don't plan on ever going back.

Our breakfast was delicious, generous, and came out remarkably quickly, even though the place was absolutely hopping (always a great sign). The teamwork among the waitstaff was impressive. Our table was greeted right away by one waitress who got us started and let us know our server would be with us shortly. Shonda, our waitress, was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming--she even shared tips on local vinyl record shops. Brothers offers a wide variety of flavored coffees and fresh-squeezed juices, and the portions are huge. One thing I always notice in a restaurant is the mood of the other diners, and everyone here seemed happy. Many were clearly regulars who know the staff well. Great food, fast service, and a joyful atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back.

There were 9 people working in the kitchen alone, and the place was packed. Despite that, we had swift and super friendly service. The place was also very clean and I'm sure that they had to remodeled since 1966 because even though it was vintage, the vinyl and such looked new. They had fried cauliflower and fried mushrooms. Oh my! I asked our waitress which was better, and she said she loved the cauliflower. She offered to have it dipped in buffalo sauce because that's how she loves it. Well absolutely! She added ranch for good measure, and let me tell you. It was homemade and the cauliflower was spicy and brilliant. It was the perfect start to my meal. It was also huge, so I had to take it home. Oooo! Midnight snack. I'm going to the kitchen right after I finish writing. I ordered a gyro with french fries and it was perfectly seasoned and came with onions, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce. It arrived wrapped in foil like a big burrito. I was full of cauliflower and not really in the mood for fries, but they were light and delicious. I didn't eat them all, but I ate a lot more than I thought I would. Dad got the blueberry pancakes with sausage, Amy got hash browns, fried eggs and turkey sausage links, and Estelle got a Philly beef and Swiss with French fries. She said the onions and peppers were on the bottom. She said it was good, but Big John's was better. We were SO FULL. They give really big portions. In fact, when we got to Dad's, Amy, Dad and I all fell asleep in our respective chairs and slept about 2 hours. Now that's some carb loading food coma! Would I go back again? Heck yeah. I just told my son about the place.
