This is their shop location where they fill tanks, etc. I have been bringing my scuba tanks here for hydro testing (required every 5 years). They are one of the very few companies that do the hydro testing themselves. Some of the other companies bring it to another company for it. So why pay more when you can go direct! Tank fills here are $5 each. I also bring my tanks here for Visual Inspection (VIP). Only $10! Very reasonable! One catch here is that you can't expect to have your tanks filled while you wait. Just drop off your tanks here and pick them up after 1 or 2 days. When you plan to go, call the shop first to make sure someone will be there so you don't waste a trip/time. They're really good at answering the phone. I've worked with Caleb (sp?) and Andrew and they are very good at communicating and keeping me in the loop with status on my tanks and when they'll be at the shop. From what I can see, you don't have to worry about not finding parking on the weekends. Some stalls are labeled for the other businesses next door, but they're not working on the weekends. For anyone of you who know how much work it is to lug/carry tanks back and forth, you'll appreciate how you don't have to walk far from the car to their shop area. Some other dive shops are located in busy mall areas and sometimes you have to carry your tanks across the parking lot (and we'll carry two of them at a time just to save a trip because that's human nature!) I really love the customer service here. The staff are super nice and laid back. I never feel rushed or unappreciated as a customer. My son was putting it on and it ripped. The day of the return Paul was the person helping my wife. My wife told Paul the the other fin ripped. My wife called me on the phone about this matter. He was going to charge us $29 for the damage fin. I was pissed because those fins was old and thin already. I can understand If it's new. We didn't want to pay the $29. Aqua Zone was about to lose a customer and a bad Yelp review. Paul called the owner and the owner was nice enough to not charge us. So I'm a happy customer once again. Thanks to Paul for working with us about this problem. Aqua Zone is still our go to place!!

Had the best time snorkeling with sea turtles today!…read more Boat ride was ~20 minutes. Anchored out by Waikiki Beach, just past the surfers. The reef itself is not colorful like Finding Nemo, but there were plenty of fish to see and quite a few turtles swimming around. We saw a handful of large sea turtles and a few baby ones. Loved watching them come up for air and swim around beneath me. Glad to see how comfortable turtles are with snorkelers. We had one person chase after a large turtle to try and touch it. There's always that one kid in class... Crew members were great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and brief! My partner went diving and had a lot of fun seeing the little sharks down below in the caves of the reef and swimming with turtles. Water visibility was good, not as clear as Molokini in Maui, but this place had turtles!! I THINK they're limiting capacity due to COVID, which is nice since the boat only had 8 people. Definitely would do this again!
