I've never had a sitter earn the trust and attention of my female cat the way Lisa has. We've also struggled with the dynamic between our two cats--our male cat would bully our female cat while we were out of town, which caused her to have litter box issues. Since having Lisa care for them, the issue has completely resolved. She genuinely spends time with them, makes sure they get the playtime and attention they need, and goes above and beyond with their care. After an exhaustive search and more than 6 interviews of potential sitters, we hired Lisa to take care of our fur and feathered babies for us during the holiday season. She immediately bonded with my more discriminating pup who barks at everyone....except Lisa. He actually was cuddling with her during her interview! Lisa is the best dog walker I've ever had, and I've had 6 in the past 10 years. Lisa has taken care of my 2 dogs and cat for 2 years and treats my animals the way I treat my animals, with love, kindness and care. Was referred to Westside Pets by a friend and I couldn't be happier. I was going out of town for a few days and my cat needs to be fed twice a day and meds in the am - Lisa (the owner) and her associate (Marisa) were the best. They came over beforehand to meet my cat - to get to know her a little better and to learn her habits and what she likes/doesn't like. They stayed for about 30 minutes on each visit while I was away and sent me pics/kept me updated the entire time. I felt super comfortable leaving my cat in their hands.
