I have never been so impressed with a pizza company in my life! (And I previously worked at one so that's saying alot)... BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER ATE AND AMAZING SERVICE to top it off! We placed a order an were delivered an extra pizza with a note that stated the first pizza wasn't made up to their standards so they made a second one but thought we might enjoy the extra pizza! Amazing!!! Basically the first pizza made had the toppings further from the edges but still very delicious and we were beyond grateful they not only took the time to do the quality check and re-make the pizza but also let us enjoy it instead of just tossing it in the garbage. The seasoning was amazing and even with the remake they even delivered it within the quoted time... we could not be happier with quality, service and reasonable prices and will now make this our first choice from here on out! read more

I really want to love this place, considering its a local chain and closest to my house. This wasn't a terrible experience, but unfortunately I have two complaints. I can see myself giving it one more shot though. First, the pizza is not as great as what you're paying for. The crust is sort of bland and nothing too special. I could probably make better crust at home myself. The ratios of sauce to cheese to toppings is good though. However, I paid over $25 for a large pizza with five toppings; I was honestly disappointed by the mediocrity I got. Second, I drove down and placed my order. Which took longer than it should have. I saw one girl prepping pizzas for the oven and another lady looking over her shoulder. I dont know whether she was the trainer or the trainee but if the restaurant is that busy, you jump in and help. The kid at the counter taking orders was also doing salads, so that seemed a little ridiculous. Considering it was 6PM on a Friday night, I was not at all surprised to hear my order would take around 40 minutes. I drove back home and even gave them an extra 10 minutes, because I saw they were busy. I got back and was told my pizza wasnt ready yet. Frustrated, I asked how long and was told my pizza was getting prepped for the oven right now and should be done in 20 minutes. Even with delivery orders and dine-in guests, one pizza should not take an hour to make. I suspect there was a miscommunication. There was a party sitting down that had a pizza brought to them, and several people at the table were asking what the pizza was and questions that seemed like it was not what they ordered. The crew seemed like they were trying to make me happy though, which I appreciate because when I heard my pizza would be longer I had a thought that maybe I had been forgotten. Overall, it seems like the crew needs more mentoring. read more

Wow! I have loved this company forever because how great th ed pizzas are... but after an online mistake in ordering I love them more. I ordered the garlic chicken with tomato sauce but even though I swear I unclicked the Alfredo if didn't register. They called to ask about it, and I said we don't want both sauces. Turns out they made it already and delivered it to us. The gut called it pink sauce. Half Alfredo half tomato and it was delish. Might be my new fav I would have never thought of trying. read more

Fantastic pizza and delivery! Count me in. This is definitely our new go to on those nights we just can't force ourselves to cook. Everything we've ordered thus far has been great (dine in, take out and delivery.) The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and deals. The death by pizza is heavenly. If you are a meat eater then this is your pizza. The crust is perfect and they don't drown the pizza in sauce like some places. I just think they really get pizza or maybe they just the way they prepare it matches what I'm looking for. Who knows? They have a rewards system called pizza points where you cut the little rectangle off of your pizza box and the more you gather the greater the reward. I believe the only boxes with pizza points are the take out/delivery though. read more

What do you expect. I couldn't give this place less than 5 stars because it succeeds so well at doing exactly what you'd expect it to. I've never called in an order at any Westside in Kitsap County where it didn't sound like the person on the other line was stoned out of their mind. The food is in the range of acceptable, although I find their crust very spongy and it has a tendency to be soggy, and the cheese sticks barely have any cheese on them. The one star is due to the fact that they have never, after having many chances, gotten an order right. I even order online so they can read it, and there's no chance for a misunderstanding. I've gotten undercooked pizza when I ordered well done, missing toppings, wrong side orders, crushed pizza that looked like they carried the box sideways... Most recently I was given ranch dipping sauce with PB&J sticks, I assume because it looked like icing. Pros: delivery drivers are always polite and punctual. Domino's is about on par with this place in taste and cost, but they're way more consistent in their quality. read more

First timers. Went in about 20minutes before closing. Had great friendly service. Lots of seating, looked clean and family friendly. We ordered Pizza, cheese bread and chicken wings. By far the best-tasting pizza in the Bremerton area. Delivery & customer service can leave something to be desired though. The past two times I've ordered Westside there have been issues. One order took 1 hour 20 mins to be delivered. After waiting about an hour, I called the location to make sure they received our order since we ordered online and the lady was kind of rude stating something to the effect of "Well we're having a busy day, they'll be there soon." The other issue was the delivery guy not carrying the pizzas level resulting in the pizzas being a heaping mess when we opened the box. It was still delicious... just really messy to eat. Anyways, great pizza especially if you're willing to pick it up yourself or eat at the location. read more

We've ordered from westside pizza several times, and the food is always decent. This time we had some coupons that came in the mail and decided to take advantage of the large 2 topping for $10.99 carry out special. When I placed an order for 2 of the large 2 topping pizzas and mentioned the coupon. He gave me a total of about $40, when I asked why 2 $11 pizzas were $40 he said the carry out special was $17.99. I again told him the coupon I had sitting in front of me said $10.99, some shouting to his coworker followed and he came back on the phone saying that was just for a large 2 topping pizza, not the carry out special which apparently also included soda and breadsticks. I reminded him all I wanted was the 2 large 2 topping pizzas. Fine. He gave me a total of $30 something. When I came to pick up my pizzas I reminded him I had the coupon for $10.99, so my total should be less than $30. He said the coupon was only good for one pizza, which the coupon itself didn't state. I pointed this out and he continued to argue with me that the coupon is limited to one pizza, then upped the ante to one coupon per customer per day when I asked to split the order into two transactions. Overall, horrible customer service and they won't honor their own promotions. We will never order here again read more

Fantastic pizza! My experience was great. You can place a pickup order on their website, which makes it really easy when you're on the go, so you don't have to ask someone on the phone what their menu options are, etc. I arrived about 10 minutes later and my pizzas had just come out of the oven. The pizzas themselves are great, definitely some of the best I've had. Really flavorful, fresh toppings, and interesting assortment of toppings as well. Eh, it's not the worst and it's not the best. Large are at best a medium in relative portions to other places. Got two large pizzas and an order of stuffed bread which totaled around 40 dollars. I've only ordered delivery, but I have ordered from them a few times. Their pizzas are always perfectly hot and delivered promptly, and the dough and ingredients taste fresh. When it comes to a delivery pizza, you can't really do it any better than these guys. I can't comment on the decor or the service, but if it's anything like their delivery drivers, this is probably a great place to sit down and eat too. read more

This place is horrible. They hide their toppings under the cheese in order to skimp out on the good stuff. I ordered a pepperoni, bacon and mushroom and didn't get any pepperoni. After 3 visits to Westside Pizza in 4 days, I've got to say this place is legit. Every pizza has been fantastic and consistent in quality. This is always my largest concern with restaurants, consistency. You have a great meal there one time and then the next meal is made by a different employee and it's not nearly as good as the first. I haven't found that to be the case at Westside. All 3 visits so far the pizzas have been identical in taste, amount of toppings and sauce, and how it's been cooked. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating and they give me the impression, if you did happen to have a complaint, they would do everything in their power to make you happy. I still haven't tried the side items since the pizzas have been so tasty, but will be trying them soon. Give this place a try and I'm confident you will be back for more. Ordered a large meat lovers that was very good. Also ordered a medium cheese pizza for 4 kids that love pizza. The cheese pizza was extremely overdone to the point that all 4 kids said it was burnt. Last but not least we're the cheesy bread sticks, it would've been more accurate to sell them as bread sticks because they definitely lacked in the cheese department. read more
