Ok, being a small town pizza place with what, one other competitor? I get they probably get busy. But that is absolutely NO reason to be freaking RUDE to people that are keeping your job afloat. My son is visiting his dad there and I was wanting to order them dinner for father's day since I live 5 hours away, I asked them what was available on a Sunday evening and dad was all for this place. To the guy who was working this night if you do not like your job, find a different one because there is absolutely no reason to be rude and yelling at the customers, and it wasn't just me when my son and his dad called to order you were also rude to them. The thin crust pizza has been prepared and cooked very nicely the last few visits! The regular crust pizza is always unpredictable... sometimes the crust is cooked correctly... but, too many times it's undercooked. The bottom crust of the pizza should be crispy every time. Stopped in on our way to BC for a week - GREAT pizza! MUCH better than we can get in our decidedly larger hometown. In the last 2 months I've ordered 2 pizzas from here. 2 months ago I ordered a delivery order and after an hour and a half I called to see what was going on with my order. I was told it was our for delivery. Well 25 minutes later my order showed up, straight out of the oven. I hate being lied to, hate it. So 2 days ago I thought I'd give them another try. I ordered a Death by Pizza and some wings. I was over charged. I called back to ask if the price was correct and was told it was. When the food was delivered the driver said "they told me they over charged you and he said keep the extra." I never said such thing. Not only that, the pizza I got wasn't even what I ordered. My husband and I ordered a pizza for delivery this Sunday. We've had pizza delivered twice previously at our address. We were then told they don't deliver to our address. When we asked why, since they've come twice before, we were told very rudely and disrespectfully, by an employee named Mike, that those deliveries were a mistake and they wouldn't be made again. Mind you, we're roughly 1/4 of a mile beyond their so-called delivery area, according to Mike. In addition to all of this, Westside advertised a special called "Death By Pizza" for $15.99. The final bill included a $2 charge for something we don't understand, a $5 delivery charge, and of course, tax. Our $15.99 pizza will end up, with tax and tip included, just slightly over $30. With hidden charges, rude employees, and extremely poor service, we WILL NOT be customers any more. read more

While I reeeeally appreciate this place giving us a refund for our incorrectly made items and missing salad- I was really taken aback by what happened on the phone call. The girl on the phone was extremely kind in helping me out with my refund, but while she was letting me know that my card would be refunded in a few days, another employee yelled "hope you enjoyed your free meat mania pizza!" In the background (which was the order they mistakenly gave us, which was not eaten). Both employees sat there laughing on the phone at us and said bye. Super rude when the mistake was not ours and we were very kind on the phone about the mistake on the order. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

My wife, granddaughter, and I stopped at Westside Pizza in Chewelah on Oct 26 around 5:40 pm. We had picked our granddaughter, who has a sensitivity to gluten, up in Curlew before dinnertime, and still had an hour-and-a-half drive before arriving home. I had a medium pizza with everything (Called death by Pizza) and it was great! It's like a deep dish due to all the toppings. Everything tasted fresh, and the sauce was mild yet tasty, so the other ingredients weren't overpowered. The service was excellent, and the manager actually came and spent several minutes giving us the history of this small chain. We will definitely be going back when we are anywhere near Chewelah. read more

Fine pizza, terrible service and outdated cashier machines. They charge you for any extra thing they can and don't care about customer satisfaction. It's sad that one of my favorite pizza chains has such horrible customer service. Won't be going back if at all possible. read more

I've never actually left a review before, but this is definitely one of the worst places for costumer service. Both times going in I was met with unhappy employees/managers. Was double charged for an order, but when I noticed a couple days later all they would give me is a gift certificate. The pizza is good, same as any westside, but service is definitely something to be desired. Definitely will try to avoid buying from there in the future. read more

We're new to the area and were searching for a local place to call our favorite. .... found it! We're a family of 5 with kids 11, 3, 1 year all of us love it and nothing goes to waste. We have been 3 times now, twice for the"by the slice" and tonight we ordered a pizza and cinnamon breadsticks. I love to see my little ones eat ! The price is so inexpensive (16$ after tax with drinks! ) The place is quaint, we feel like it's"our place" while there. Big screen tv too! Bathroom is clean (so important to me lol) and Jackie is the most amazing. I thought it was her store turns out she's the manager but she treated us like she appreciated us and wanted us back.
