Sent over a simple tattoo drawing for my wife to honor our late dog, they said $150.00 then sent us a link to prepay $105.00. I asked them for an invoice showing the cost and the balance that would be do at the end, instead of doing that or calling they just canceled our appointment and could care less. Asking for almost all the money two weeks prior to the appointment with zero paperwork equals an open check book not the way to do business in my opinion. We agreed my left forearm and I couldn't be any happier with the results ! I explained how this tattoo meant so much to me as it was to honor my uncle who passed. Terrible experience I went in with my daughter who was speaking to one of the artists. He said her tattoo was "s**t" and should be covered up. She went to get something from her car and upon coming back in He said "I guess everything about you is s**t your cars s**t too". Obviously from this visit it appears this shop employs unprofessional and rude individuals who don't care about a young woman feeling comfortable in their shop. There is no excuse for bad customer service, making people feel uncomfortable or rudeness. I walked in to this tattoo shop originally looking for an ex tattoo artist that used to work here, was informed he no longer worked here, but Miguel (a different artist) approached me and asked me questions as to what I wanted and made me feel confident in trusting him to add something to my body forever. He was very knowledgeable, nice, respectful, and calm. I came in with no specific idea, and he freehanded something for me that would look great with the existing unfinished tattoo I already had, from 3 years ago. The price was amazing for the size, and the finished result was outstanding, and for me to say that is a lot! Once he began tattooing he has a very light handed and it did not hurt as much as expected. He had me sit in a very comfortable position which depended on where the tattoo was. He was kind enough to talk me through it and kept checking on me to make sure everything was ok. The shop was clean, disinfected and sterile. I would 100% not only recommend this shop, but in specific this tattoo artist! I certainly plan on returning to continue my work! Thank You Miguel!!!
