I asked them to come back out to re-check the dryer. They said yes but would charge for service and labor. I said I won't re-pay for service and labor after spending $370 for them to fix the dryer. I said I would pay for another new part if necessary, though. It escalated into an argument and ultimately them refusing to come back out to fix it without me paying for services and labor. So, I'm stuck with a "thunk" and no new appointment for them to come back out to help. For $370, I should have a fixed dryer. No squeaks. No thunks. Period. These people don't do a comprehensive job and certainly aren't interested in making customers happy. They are unprofessional, accusatory, and unhelpful. Go somewhere else.
