And, the larger companies seem to only be able to provide a day, and then don't give a window until the evening before, if they even fit in the window. After three failed attempts with a more "well-known" company, I finally gave up and began a new search. Online, Jason gets great reviews for his knowledge, responsiveness, and fair pricing. For me, I always look for an owner operator, and will generally move on once an owner "migrates" away from being an operator in the field. Jason actually answered his phone when I called, gave me a range of days/times that worked well, and then followed up. While he isn't the guy that came out, the other guy has been working with him for a few years, was friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue with my leaking washing machine within a few minutes. Fat-forward to a couple of days later: the machine leaked again, so I called them back. They came back out at no charge to see if they could re-diagnose, but no issue was found. Since then, it hasn't leaked again. I threw the guy some $$$ for making the trip back out, mostly because his attitude was still positive and they weren't going to charge for the travel. I refused to pay for a fix and came back out and removed the cap. My tenant then did the exact same fix himself for a couple bucks in a couple of minutes.
