We left voicemails and emailed over a week's time. They sold us a 5 year warranty on 4 kitchen appliances for almost $1000, (I won't do that again) and the warranty company is just as awful. It took four months of back and forth and then they rejected the claim. Those beautiful GE Cafe dishwashers will crack on the bottom corners of the door from simply opening and closing it, and the main control board failed after two and a half years. Arvada Appliance needs some customer service training. Sadly, their Christian hold music makes Christianity look bad; it's not. So maddening. So disappointing. So sick of trying to deal with them.
