He was out to the house within a reasonable amount of time. He is very kind and easy to talk to, will explain everything to you in great detail if you have any questions. He would come and be at the house for 3 - 4 days in a row to help our swamp (pool that hadn't been taken care of in months). He would stay for hours and hours, sometimes until 9 at night. While he was there cleaning the pool, he also helped fix a burst water pipe to my water heater in the evening hours after working on the pool for who knows how long. He didn't have his torch, but wanted to make sure it was taken care of ASAP so he called his brother to bring him the torch. THAT IS SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. He didn't seem off put by it at all. He just said, oh man! We need to get that fixed tonight! I can do that for ya! Just, a really nice guy and great rates. You'd be crazy not to consider JR.

She also told me the pool cleaning people documented that they were at my house for over 30 minutes last week. I watched him not skim or scrub my pool and was at my house no more than 2 minutes. Just a couple of weeks ago another pool person was here and was smoking a cigarette in my backyard!! I was really hoping to talk to them but they didnt return my phone call. I called again and they werent answering the phone. so I decided to call from my business phone which is a different area code and you guessed it Gloria answered my call! There are a lot of sketchy businesses out there. However I have to say Eric put me at ease. I had a lot going on at the time he arrived and didn't know what to expect. Were they going to do the job correctly? What was the process? Was I going to get overcharged? I have has so many bad experiences this month and really did not want another. I have to say... they came... worked hard... and Eric addresses all my concerns and will most likely be back.... again and again. They definitely have a repeat customer. This pool was not the worst, but definitely not the easiest and I just got here 30 days ago and paying to clean up someone elses mess for the past 10 years. They did not complain. They did not stop. The transformation was amazing as I sat inside and watched them wave their magic ends and make my pool look good. Jolene in the office was nice as well. No one pushed me about payment.
