Our clients and myself are unhappy with the response from the manager and will now go back to purchasing our lumber from Crenshaw Lumber instead. They even had some twine in the truck to tie it down. Even with the usual terrible traffic on the 405--if it wasn't bad, that would be the news of the day!--I was able to complete the move in just two hours. The truck ran great, was clean, reliable, and had no mechanical issues at all. Everything fit in a single trip, which made the move quick and easy. I topped it off with $15 worth of gas before returning it and even cleaned the windows. Overall, the rental process was simple, convenient, and hassle-free. I'd definitely use Home Depot truck rental again.
