Absolutely awful. DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR CLOTHES. I gave them 2 suits and a jacket. They lost a pair of pants and all of the clothes I did get back had awkward creases and one of the lappels is ruined. But hey, at least they only charged me half price for ruining my clothes. read more

Family run business with a heart. The owner's and staff go out of their way to make you feel like family. Both the dry cleaning and coin laundry facility's are one of the cleanest I've seen. The prices there are very reasonable, and the quality of work is amazing. They have recently upgraded the laundromat with new Dryers and some new washers. We especially love the extra large washers and dryers for our comforters. This laundromat is very clean. Some of the customers are rude to the employees here, but the employees let it roll off their shoulders. This is now a family owned laundromat and dry cleaners. I've been a weekly regular here for over a year and the current owners are wonderful. I was here a couple of weeks ago when a rude woman and her son were doing their laundry. She had all the doors open in her car and was cleaning out the trash. She was asked to close her doors and proceeded to call the employees nasty name while her 7 or 8 year old son gave them the finger. Extremely rude. These folks didn't deserve to be treated like that. I will continue to be a customer here. read more

Be careful the owner allows customers and themselves to remove your items out of the washers without your permission if you're only five minutes late. I was met with extreme hostility by the female owner as well as her husband on the phone who also met me with extreme hostility. I was told that we are not allowed to leave your clothes in the machines while washing here but, clearly on the sign it states no hanging out or loitering so it's kind of a conundrum. read more

I had some really dirty blankets that needed to be washed. I came to them because they were close. I am so grateful I did. The place is spic and span clean. They were helpful in showing me how to use the coin machines and the owner even cleaned my purse for free. They are sweet people and locally owned. read more

For dry cleaning OR Coin laundry this place is always clean and the equipment in great shape. We use their dry cleaning service for work clothes and their coin laundry for sleeping bags comforters and dog beds. The employees are always friendly and helpful and the people who use the coin side seem to be as well. Located next driveway past Safeway on Thiessen. read more

My boyfriend and I went there to do laundry and the worker lady comes up to my boyfriend yelling at him asking if he was doing laundry here accusing him of going there to only use the quarter machine (mind you we've been paying customers there multiple times) so he said yes and she just watched him like he was a liar. So we left and as we drive off she yells at us "bye liar" idk who taught her how to run a business or how to do customer service cause that's not the way to do it. She can take her quarters and buy herself a clue. read more

The owners have had the place for only a year, so please disregard all of the older posts, because the new folks are wonderful! Many machines are new or newer and the machines are maintained daily! The whole place was super clean. In the short time I was there I saw the owner on his knees vacuuming vents and wiping down the washers. He hand cleaned all the glass doors. I also overheard him thanking and speaking of his appreciation to one of his employees. On a more personal note, I was there in the evening to wash a comforter (my cat got sick on, oy!) It was after a night of no sleep and a long day of work. I was so pooped I could hardly follow directions on the dang dryer! The owner was so helpful and even offered to loan me some coin ( I was short) I will return today to pay him back, and will take ALL of my dry-cleaning, and periodic wash to them for sure. We need more business owners like this, and we need to support small businesses as great as this one! read more

Usually very clean and accessible to the machines. Dryers seem to have more down time than the washing machines. It's nice to have the larger machines for blankets and the dryers are fairly fast at drying. read more

I've been bringing my work uniform here for a year, the turn around time is okay. However they have me my white button up shirts back dirty. There were black stains on the front, and a ring around the collar. The new girl at the front was completely unhelpful. If you need your clothes dry cleaned in a timely manner, go somewhere else. read more

Brought a brand new shirt in to have dry cleaned to get a stain out, come back after it was done to find out they had just ran it through the laundry and the stain was still there. They said they would run it back through and dry clean it to have by Thursday evening (was leaving for a work trip and needed it), got a call on Thursday saying it would not be done and may be done on Friday and that they were not going to charge me. When I came in to pick it up after returning from the trip, the stain was still there AND they charged me after having my shirt for two weeks, not having it for a work event, and not even getting the initial stain out of it read more

Dropped off a Pottery Barn Christmas tree skirt to be dry cleaned. I was told at drop off that they didn't know if they could clean it because it is red with white trim. Really? Seems odd that Pottery Barn would sell a tree skirt that says "dry clean only" if it can't actually BE dry cleaned. I was told that she would have to check with someone (a magical dry cleaning elf, perhaps?) to see if they could do it, and that they would call me the next day if they couldn't. Otherwise pick it up in a week. A week? Wow! Okay. So, over a week goes by and I don't hear from them so I head in to pick it up. I get there and there is a note on the door that says "back in 15 minutes". Hmm. Ok, I'll wait. Another woman that is waiting says that she has been there for 10 minutes, so hey, only another 5 minutes to go! Another 5 minutes go by and another woman, who was waiting in the laundromat next door to stay warm, comes up and says she's been waiting for over 20 minutes already. Another few minutes go by and some workmen, who were working inside but had been on lunch, say they have been waiting for almost 30 minutes and their tools were locked inside! The workmen call the owner to let him know, he says he will be there in 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes go by and the employee finally shows up and claims she is sick. After getting inside, I finally get my tree skirt, only to find out that they never even cleaned it! Huge waste of time. Obviously, they will never get my business again. read more
