Why would you put your dog at a kennel type place if you have or had this option. My dog is practically like family to Cindy now. It's honestly invaluable what she provides. My dog is never in a crate, and gets to hang with Cindy and her family, go out back and check out the chickens and other animals, he's not locked up in a cage for 20 of 24 hours a day. I get the overnight kennel places probably not having the man power to pay one on one attention to those dogs, but it's just that your dog is going from free reign of your own home to being in a kennel for hours at a time. It's a huge adjustment and difference. With Cindy, they're going from your home, to a home. She gives you updates too on how your dog is doing and sometimes even sends off photos too. I recommend Cindy to any & everyone who's in need for a dog sitter.

I was tied up with a work crisis but Murray needed to get to Sacramento. After a frantic search on Yelp, I found Cindy and she dropped everything, on a Saturday afternoon, and drove from Manteca to pick up Murray in Lodi and take her to Sacramento. Cindy even stayed in Sacramento for several hours until I could get there. Cindy made it possible for my beloved Murray to get the best medical care and I am forever grateful. Even when Jennifer is unavailable, my little poofs get walked by another person from the staff and I'm always shocked at how much I like the rest of the team too (because I am very attached to Jen!!!). We did a site tour ahead of time and got to view the indoor and outdoor facilities. They provide clear instructions for getting to the ranch. I loved the ample space but a part of me was a bit nervous leaving our dog there (reminded me of the movie Homeward Bound lol). Fortunately, the staff were very communicative before and during our dog's stay. They made sure we turned in all of the required health information and sent regular "pupdates" (updates) through email with photos. They were always really friendly and welcoming to us and our pup. When we picked our dog up, they gave us an envelope with a receipt and the papers that they kept very detailed records on. Their staff does a visual check of your pet each day, notes if they had any digestive issues, etc. I would highly recommend checking Roscoe's Ranch out!

I have booked cat sitting with them for 3 times since last year. We actually have everything automated at home (food, water, litter boxes), so our expectation for cat sitters is just to provide company for our three kitties. Anna and Emma were great with hanging out with them and making sure everything was ok. However, we had some issues when David visited our cats during our most recent trip. Maybe the behavior I'm describing below doesn't bother you and in that case I would recommend you to use their service. Though I think it is important for us to share our experience. We saw on our camera (which we told them about) that David found a box of nuts in our kitchen and ate some from it every time he was there. I couldn't care less about the value of the nuts but the lack of boundary really bothered me. This made us lose trust in him and wonder what he could be doing in our house when we are not around. It is a shame but because of this, we will not be booking any service from Bellevue Pet Sitters anymore.

They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing.
