Thirty, Hot, and In Need of some Frozen Drink! Having been to this location before, I knew it stands much higher than the one we currently have in FTL Beach Place. The Alcohol Infused Frozen Daiquiri Bar was full of each and every flavor they provide! Awesome! That is the biggest downfall at Beach Place as they always only have 2-4 Machines going but not here! Before entrance your ID is checked and you are told absolutely NO DRINKS LEAVE THE PREMISES!! :/ With an Open Air Environment Downstairs they have a smaller Bar and Ocean Dr seating along with some pretty foul bathrooms. Upstairs you will find Rooftop Seating with Indoor Seating and a long bar for Ordering. As expected with a place like this, the floors are super sticky, the menus need latex gloves to handle, and the Crowd! Yes, yes, just leave it at that... The Crowd! The staff was friendly and patient but keeps a very close eye on everyone as we are in Miami Beach and things always seem to get turned up no matter the time! Pricing is $11 for a Medium 16oz or $13 for a Large 20oz. A New Seasonal Flavor?? I have never heard of such a thing! WILLIE DAZED is a Groovy Blend of Tart Lemonade, Strawberries, and Vodka! We tried it and liked it! For maximum flavor I always like to do a mix so I also got Shock Treatment swirled in! This was the easiest drinking Wet Willie Daiquiri I have ever had... Probably one of the best spots in South Beach for tourists to drink their cares away. A decent place for us locals too. Sitting right on Ocean Drive, it's practically on the beach. It's a big two story building with a large outdoor patio facing the ocean. There is food here too. Who knew? I didn't until yesterday. It looked like typical bar food but not as good. Just a visual interpretation, I never tried it. Probably won't but you can and let me know how it is. The reason you're here is to drink. Frozen drinks. Get wasted on these cool icee like creations. They have probably a dozen or so flavored that can be mixed and changed into other flavors. They'll let you sample them too. One thing I'll say- tip your bartender. They'll yell at you if you don't. Seriously. I watched a woman yell at a guy for not tipping. Yes, not tipping is a D**k move, but I see his point maybe? Playing devils advocate- they aren't Doing much other than pulling a nozzle to dispense some flavored ice. Maybe they make the mixture? Who knows. Just tip them. It's what you should do anyway. Also to note. The men's bathroom doesn't lock- don't number 2 there please. Please. I've only been here for the frozen drinks, and yes - - they are just as tasty, refreshing, and strong as other reviewers have mentioned! $10 for a medium, $12 for a large. Favorite flavors: Call A Cab, Bahama Mama, Monster Melon, and original Strawberry. Service is WAY quicker at the bar. The bartenders are friendly and accommodating to mixing certain flavors and giving out samples. This is definitely a must-try when you're in South Beach! read more

Honestly this is 90% of why I fell in love with south beach years ago... Once upon a time I was a under age young man who rolled with a bunch of older dudes in there mid twenties. And we would always come to the beach and they would go in willies to get drinks, meet women and have a good time and the under aged young man (me) would sit across the street and just couldn't wait for my chance to experience the world famous call a cab. And my brother would tell me one day lil bruh one day!! Omg! Had so much fun here! Our waitress was super sweet and knew a lot about the menu and the drinks. Even though she was very busy she checked on us all the time and made us feel right at home. The famous Wet Willie's. I have been here before but I wasnt able to enjoy it much. This place is so ratchet. If I travel to Miami and have to witness panhandlers, scammers from Brooklyn and all other sorts of annoying people outside loitering, I'll be turned off. My girl friends and I had to wait on a line just to get in. We showed ID and were taken upstairs to seating. You can see some of the beach from the view. We waited for drinks before our food. I cant say I would eat here again. I believe they changed a lot of the food from the menu. The deinks are ok but turn into liquid rather quickly. It had a sort of cough syrup-y taste to it. Very strong but tbh, you only need one drink. That's all I had was one. They are kind of expensive when added everything up. I had the shrimp with fries and chicken tenders with fries. Both average as hell you'd do better going to a local supermarket and buying Perdue chicken and frying it yourself. Would I come back? I cant say. All of the fees add up. I also had to leave my driver license with the waiter. I assume many people dine and dash. It's just too much for me. I'd skip this unless you really want a drink. read more

It was my first time at Wet Willie's, and I've always heard great things and it was so much fun! My friend and I arrived on a Tuesday night; after flew into town to visit and celebrate her graduation. Although it wasn't busy because, it was a week night it was still a lot of fun! The bartender allowed me to sample a few of the slushees, and she told me the drink names of the slushees when they're combined. I ended up with a "Teddy Bear", but it wasn't bedtime! I was going to harshly grade them 3 stars because my mojito didn't have the sweet taste that I like and is part of the traditional recipe. But that was until, the STRONG alcohol kicked in and I could "do like Jamie" and enjoy my beach party experience. Besides, I probably ordered the wrong cocktail (my friends' strawberry pina colada was nicely sweet) and the $17 "water bottle" was a good amount of booze for a beach day and served as a convenient flotation device while swimming. They have two bars: an "Express" downstairs with the most popular drink selections, and an upstairs one custom orders, bar bites and swag. You know the famous "Went on vacation left on probation" shirts. I am taking off one star since apparently I looked old enough to not get carded. At least it served as a reminder to buy the "Just for Men" :) All in all, it's a cool beach spot to grab some drank, check out eye candy and get ready for a fun beach day. read more

The fish was fried, the taco shell is soft taco not the hard ones. Stuffed with nasty coleslaw and drizzled with some sort of thousand island sauce. It was served with a side of rice with red beans. It was too dried in my opinion. I wanted one of those souvenir cups but they didn't have them but I got a large superman. It was not that great, guess I should have gotten something more fruity. I tasted a lot of alcohol but by the time I was 3/4 done I got a little buzzzz lol. I was by myself and they added a gratuity tip which wasn't much but I hate that. My group had to wait in line because there were already too many people inside. Once you get in, don't think about leaving to go grab something out of your car and come right back. You'll have to get right back in line, and that will suck if it's a busy day. Got to sit outside with my group and enjoy the beautiful weather. There are many different drink combinations to choose from so it may take a while to decide if you are a first timer like me. Yelp Fam!!!! Continuing my South Beach Review Takeover! This place is infamous for its amazing alcoholic slushees. They have 20+ flavors not to mention the ones you can make when mixing multiple. My GF and I decided to get the party started at Wet Willies on our 3rd day. I have a rep for being able to drink a good amount so as soon as we arrived the first drink I get is the "CALL A CAB" 16oz of grain alcohol goodness. (Make sure you eat before crushing one of these) The red slush flowed into my cup and I finished it without any remorse. So next step same drink except in the 20oz cup. This jungle juice slushy was tasty and made me call a cab( we had to we didn't rent a car) but I was tipsy and that's what we set out to do. Then we got burgers at Cheeseburger baby. But I digress. (Check out my review !) A few TIPS - 1. The upstairs can be crowded, they have a smaller bottom bar that carries 4 flavors at a time including "call a cab" 2. Open containers are illegal on south beach but they sell WW sports bottles with straws so you can kinda finesse the system. 3. After 8 they don't allow hats or sunglasses so keep that in mind. Overall Wet Willies was fun and the drinks were good. A good spot to Drink. read more

You NEED a place like this in South Beach Miami and it definitely serves its purpose...Other than partyin' it up for the night at a local SB club, how else would you wanna cap off a night other than downing a few strong magaritas or whatever your drink of choice. Of course they are famous for their "Call-Me-A-Cab" drink, which I have yet to try but I heard this thing will knock you on your ass more than anything else there. I have only had the mango margarita last time I went but that was pretty good and strong within itself. Looking forward to that CMAC when I go back this week. The drinks are huge enough for petite lil me and cheap enough for broke-ass me!!!! Now I really don't remember what I ordered, maybe it was Call A Cab--it was red. (Baltimore Yelp Elite takes on MIAMI!) Wet Willie's has never failed me lol. So when I knew were coming to Miami for our anniversary trip, visiting this spot was a no brainer. I had the "Sex on the Beach" and he had the "Call-A-Cab". Both are definitely 5-stars What's interesting about this location is that they only serve their four strongest drinks on the bottom floor, but the top bar has access to all of the flavors. We stayed on the bottom level, just to kept it low key, and was surprised at how lit it was. It's set up like an open bar, so you have direct access to ocean drive and all the hilariously entertaining people that are walking along it. Between the shenanigans that were happening inside to the wonderful people we met inside, we definitely had a great time. read more
