Overall, I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. Truthfully, I had never rented my home before and was unsure what would be required or involved. Luckily, Legacy Property Management came thru in every way and has made the entire process seamless for me. My initial contact with Legacy Property Management started with Steve coming out to my property to personally discuss my needs regarding my home that I wanted to rent out. He was super helpful and answered all my questions as well as walked me thru the entire rental process. LPM was the only management company that offered to meet in person as the rest that I had called wanted to give me "estimates" over the phone without having ever seen my home. Steve was very personable and was someone I felt comfortable chatting with. Afterward, I've been very fortunate to work directly with Wayne who has been fantastic. He is a professional and very knowledgeable and you can tell he has many years experience in this industry. He promptly answers my email concerns / questions. He has been on top of my tenants requests and reaches out to me when only absolutely necessary. Otherwise the entire process has been hands off which is exactly what I wanted. Now that the 1st year is almost done, he's been proactive on the renewal process and provided his professional recommendation on next steps. Also I have to add that Wayne made the tax season easy for me and provided all the necessary documents promptly. I highly recommend Legacy Property Management to manage your home rental. I definitely stand by my 5 star rating.

    One of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had, largely due to how this was handled by…read moremanagement, specifically Christopher and David. The unit was listed at $4,200. We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.

What's missing from your response is that confirmation of $4,000, which we have in writing. From the start, our only goal was to see if there was reasonable flexibility. An overall $100-$150 difference on a $4,200 listing is standard and was approached in good faith. We were told pricing would only be considered with a strong application, which is why we applied, paid fees, and submitted full documentation. After doing so, there was no flexibility. Our primary communication was through our agent, and we only saw Christopher associated with the listing, so those were the only contacts we were aware of. My husband had one interaction with David, and Amber had a brief call after coming across the listing online, not realizing it was the same property we had already submitted for. The call was simply to confirm whether pricing was negotiable before moving forward. Once any overlap was realized, our agent was immediately informed. There was no attempt to bypass anyone. This review reflects our experience. It is meant for others to understand what we encountered, not for ongoing arguments. We do not see any basis for involving attorneys over a simple review based on our experience, especially while being called dishonest and accused of things that are not accurate. This could have been resolved through a direct conversation, which we would have welcomed, and David had previously stated we were free to share our experience. If your attorneys would like to reach out, we are more than willing to answer any questions. We made a reasonable request, followed the process as presented, and did not see the flexibility that was initially suggested. We consider this matter closed

I would like to give a special shout out to Michael Hayes, who is our Snr Community Manager for taking great care and making sure our needs are addressed timely and being our advocate. He's very patient, listens to my needs, responsive, and executes to move things forward but sometimes, it's difficult because there's a process but he ensures to push it forward because it's the principle and it's the right thing to do. I've dealt with many property management, many and I have to say that Crummack Huseby provide top notch customer service compared to many out there I've heard and dealt with. Most of the others never pick up the phone, nor ever respond back to your messages, or they just pretend they don't hear you and you will never hear from them.     Our association is small, approximately 75 homes. We have contracted with Crummack Huseby since the…read morehomes were built in 2011. Since taking over as president of the homeowner's association a few years ago, we have had a few different managers. In the last year or so we were blessed with Heather Eisfelder as our Community Association Manager. Once Heather became familiar with our community's concerns, she has been on it from day one. She is responsive to our needs and works in tandem with our Assistant Manager, Jane. Both Heather and Jane respond so promptly, even to last minute and after hours request. For a small community like ours, the value for our money has been worth it. I would not normally review a company like our management company...in fact I would never have thought they had a Yelp! page. What prompted this review was that during last night's meeting, Heather saved us about $50 / month on our street sweeping expenses. However, she went on to tell us that she had also identified nearly $300 in expenses that we pay per month and we do not use. For a small community of 75 homes, trying to keep dues low during this current economy, this is the kind of monthly savings that helps balance the budget and keep us out of the red. Heather also gave us other ideas on how to easily modify a rule to meet our communities updated needs. Thank you Heather and Jane! Your efforts don't go unnoticed.
