    A burnt pretzel.
    Dan I.

Burnt pretzel. DONT COME HERE! WE ORDERED 3 FULL PRETZELS AND THEY ALL CAME BURNT!! ( the bites weren't burnt but I wouldn't test your luck especially for 7 bucks a pretzel, THAT WAS BURNT. Service was good. They were giving out samples on a table but I feel they should focus on not burning the pretzels.. Nowhere to sit so we ended up having to eat in the car. Like at-least have somewhere to sit after u shop.

Spent $27 and all burnt. Couldn't go back in and ask for a refund, was in a rush to my next location. Not getting food from here anymore.

Spent $27 for burnt food. Had it togo so saw it after I left the store. Looks like others been getting burnt food too.

Pizza burnt to a crisp at bottom tasting burnt. (Don't mind a lil crisp, but these are a "no" for me this time).

Ambiance was nice and clean with a couple tables with chairs to sit while you wait for your yumminess. So this review is strictly for customer service!! I was craving for some pretzel so we stopped by around 7:20 pm. Only salted pretzels bits were in the case so I requested for unsalted pretzel bits but the cashier hesitated because they are closing at 8:00 pm but Faith was in the back busy filling a Cinnabon order happily volunteered to make some for me and proceed to do so with no attitude. Nowadays, no matter where you go customer service seems lacking. It's refreshing to see somebody like Faith that cares about customer service!! I would have walked away if Faith didn't offer to make me some unsalted pretzels. But because of her, not only I stayed but are willing to come back. She definitely is a great employee and seems to enjoy her work. Soooo if you are the owner or shift leader of RSM location and reading this please reward her for a job well done!! She's definitely an asset. Thank you Faith for my yummy pretzels.

I actually came for a Cinnabon but then decided to get something pretzely to take home. I have NEVER been to an Auntie Anne's before (gasp!) so I asked the pleasantly friendly woman at the counter what she would recommend. They had a variety of offerings but she suggested, since I was taking them home, to get pretzel bites. I decided to get some and they were presented in a cup with a lid. The lid conveniently had a hole on top so I could snack on a couple on the drive home. They were a great recommendation. I really enjoyed those buttery-salty, bite-sized pretzels. Next time I'll try some with a dipping sauce. As mentioned, I also got a Cinnabon which I ate at one of the tables in the shop. But Cinnabon has a separate page where I put my review (it was delicious!) The page link: https://www.yelp.com/biz/cinnabon-rancho-santa-margarita

Quality/Quantity: The food here is sooooooo good. We had a pretzel which was the greatest ever by a mile. It was buttery, salty, and soft. World's greatest pretzel for sure. Also, got the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich which was delicious. We also got a burger that was cooked perfectly and served brioche bun. Lastly, we had the brownie with ice cream which was also amazing. Overall the food was really tasty. The serving sizes here are really good. Value: Pricing seemed very fair to me. Overall: I'm a huge fan of this spot. I plan to come back and try their breakfast which is on Sundays. They have a lot of additional unique and fun activities here (see picture). Very cool ambience here folks. Can't wait to return.

I came on a Saturday night and was very busy so we had to wait in line for a while, but our food came pretty quickly. I got the turkey bacon, avocado sandwich, and it was delicious! The one thing that I was kind of surprised was that they did not have fries as a side you get chips for the side so that was kind of a negative, but not a bad thing My husband ordered the burger and he said it was amazing as well! The ambience is super fun, we were watching game seven of the Dodgers and that was really cool. I will definitely be coming back!

Pretzelmaker is so underrated…read more I've had Auntie Anne's and Wetzel's Pretzels but nothing compares to Pretzelmaker. What stands out is that Pretzelmaker soft pretzels are fluffier and lighter, and have a better overall taste IMO. They are what I describe as "pillowy goodness" and they always come out piping hot! Pretzelmaker is located in the lower-level of the Moreno Valley Mall next to Macy's. Pro-Tip: Park in the lot between the Macy's and JC Penney stores. There's an entrance that leads you down a corridor closest to Pretzelmaker. Because the pretzels are made fresh to order, there is a bit of a wait time. But the wait is always worth it. My favorite items to get are: * Mozzarella Stuffed Pretzel Bites with Pepperoni (buttered, Unsalted) * Pretzel Bites The lady (owner, maybe?) who's been making the pretzels does a fantastic job kneading the dough and making these delightful bites! And -- shhh --- they are the perfect treat to take inside Harkins movie theater (in your purse, of course). Much more satisfying than popcorn! Pretzelmaker, you are simply the best and completely irresistible!

Although I was the only one in line and ordering, the wait time was a little long (8ish minutes) but it was well worth it as it completely blew my expectations out of the water. It was fluffy and the cheese was delicious which when you combined it with the marinara sauce made a mouthwatering combination. When compared to Auntie Anne's or Wretzels Pretzels, it is superior in every aspect and its unfortunate that Pretzelmaker is located in Moreno Valley Mall as if it were located in a bigger location (like Ontario Mills or Galleria), it would be much busier and bring it a lot more attention then it's getting currently.

I had a $5 off reward to use on my Wetzel's account, and it was going to expire in a week. I was originally planning to use it at the Lakewood or Cerritos locations, which are much closer to me. However, after catching a movie at the nearby Regal Cinemas, I spotted this standalone Wetzel's Pretzels and figured why not use my $5 reward here instead? And also to see how it would compare to the locations I've been to inside a mall. When I came in, the first thing I noticed was how long the front counter was; it ran almost the length of the pretzel shop! In the back was where they made the pretzels, and you could see a little bit of how they roll the dough into the pretzel shapes. Faith was the employee who rang me up, and her service was more like whatever. Like she was helpful in answering my questions, but she had more of an eh kind of attitude that I think she would much rather have been watching a movie at the aforementioned Regal instead. As an example, I asked Faith what the three-fingered orange symbol was next to some of the menu items, and she had no clue (or maybe pretended?) as to what I was saying. I had to be more descriptive as if English were her second language, and she finally understood what I meant. Those orange symbols signified menu items that were available only at this location. And just when I was considering getting a Jalaroni pretzel, which I've gotten several times at the Lakewood and Cerritos locations, I was sold on trying an item that I could *not* get at either of the malls. The two Twistz, Pizza Bomb and Triple Grilled Cheese, were both exclusive to the La Habra location, and even when there was a photo of the Pizza Bomb, it was hard for me to make sense out of what exactly it was. Faith's response to my initial inquiry of the Pizza Bomb simply was to look at the photo, but I wanted her to clarify more about what it was. Since the Pizza Bomb felt like a Triple Grilled Cheese with some marinara and pepperoni replacing some of the cheese in the Triple Grilled Cheese, I went with the Pizza Bomb. With my $5 off, the Pizza Bomb came to about $4 plus tax, and Faith asked if I would like some dipping sauce to go. When I asked her how much it'd be, she said a couple of dollars, which would have been half of what I'd pay for the discounted Pizza Bomb. Since I didn't want 1/3 of my total cost to be a dipping sauce, I passed on a sauce, thinking that the marinara and pepperoni inside the Pizza Bomb would suffice. Faith did mention to me that they are made to order, so it would be about a 15-minute wait. I appreciated her mentioning that to me so I wouldn't be sitting there wondering why it would be taking so long when they already have a display case of baked pretzels that are ready for the taking. They have five small tables and chairs by the pickup counter facing the window, so I sat at one while I was waiting for my order. At the pickup counter, I noticed they had a bunch of copies of coupons for $1 off Oreo Bitz and $1 off Mozzarella Stickz. However, I noticed the fine print of the Mozzarella Stickz coupon indicating that it had expired in August of last year! Why give out expired coupons? To deceive the customer?! Even though the Oreo Bitz coupon wasn't past expiry, I didn't take one since the Oreo Bitz looked overly sweet to eat them all in one sitting. After a 20-minute wait, Faith handed me my takeout bag while mentioning to be careful since the Pizza Bomb was still hot. I grabbed a handful of napkins from the napkin dispenser on the pickup counter to prepare for the amount of grease I was expecting from the Pizza Bomb. I was hoping the Pizza Bomb would taste bomb, but it unfortunately bombed instead. The pretzel dough was overly thick so as to overpower the taste of the marinara and pepperoni. I would have tasted much more pizza had I gotten a Jalaroni Pretzel with some marinara dipping sauce instead! I kind of regretted not getting the Triple Grilled Cheese because I feel I would have liked that much better, even if it wouldn't exhibit a pizza-like taste. Their loaded bitz are also exclusive to the La Habra location, but they sounded pretty rich and heavy, like enough to call it a dinner. Overall, I'm glad I tried this standalone Wetzel's Pretzels location, but I don't think it's that much different than a mall location. I certainly didn't hate my experience here, but I definitely didn't love it either, so I think 3 stars is fair, even though I would have been pretty unhappy had I paid full price for that Pizza Bomb.
