    A burnt pretzel.
    Dan I.

Burnt pretzel. DONT COME HERE! WE ORDERED 3 FULL PRETZELS AND THEY ALL CAME BURNT!! ( the bites weren't burnt but I wouldn't test your luck especially for 7 bucks a pretzel, THAT WAS BURNT. Service was good. They were giving out samples on a table but I feel they should focus on not burning the pretzels.. Nowhere to sit so we ended up having to eat in the car. Like at-least have somewhere to sit after u shop.

Spent $27 and all burnt. Couldn't go back in and ask for a refund, was in a rush to my next location. Not getting food from here anymore.

Spent $27 for burnt food. Had it togo so saw it after I left the store. Looks like others been getting burnt food too.

Pizza burnt to a crisp at bottom tasting burnt. (Don't mind a lil crisp, but these are a "no" for me this time).

Ambiance was nice and clean with a couple tables with chairs to sit while you wait for your yumminess. So this review is strictly for customer service!! I was craving for some pretzel so we stopped by around 7:20 pm. Only salted pretzels bits were in the case so I requested for unsalted pretzel bits but the cashier hesitated because they are closing at 8:00 pm but Faith was in the back busy filling a Cinnabon order happily volunteered to make some for me and proceed to do so with no attitude. Nowadays, no matter where you go customer service seems lacking. It's refreshing to see somebody like Faith that cares about customer service!! I would have walked away if Faith didn't offer to make me some unsalted pretzels. But because of her, not only I stayed but are willing to come back. She definitely is a great employee and seems to enjoy her work. Soooo if you are the owner or shift leader of RSM location and reading this please reward her for a job well done!! She's definitely an asset. Thank you Faith for my yummy pretzels.

I actually came for a Cinnabon but then decided to get something pretzely to take home. I have NEVER been to an Auntie Anne's before (gasp!) so I asked the pleasantly friendly woman at the counter what she would recommend. They had a variety of offerings but she suggested, since I was taking them home, to get pretzel bites. I decided to get some and they were presented in a cup with a lid. The lid conveniently had a hole on top so I could snack on a couple on the drive home. They were a great recommendation. I really enjoyed those buttery-salty, bite-sized pretzels. Next time I'll try some with a dipping sauce. As mentioned, I also got a Cinnabon which I ate at one of the tables in the shop. But Cinnabon has a separate page where I put my review (it was delicious!) The page link: https://www.yelp.com/biz/cinnabon-rancho-santa-margarita

There is no seating available inside but there are some tables outside. We went on a weekend and tried to order 2 cinnamon pretzels. They didn't notify us until after we paid that they were out of those pretzels at the time and their solution was to have us either opt for a plain pretzel, an almond pretzel, or wait 10 minutes for them to make more. We asked if we could just change the order and pay the difference to upgrade to pretzel bites, but they were unable to do that. We ended up waiting for the fresh pretzels and they were very apologetic about it. Despite just being made, the pretzels were fairly hard and chewy. The texture made it seem like they had been sitting out for a while. It's an okay spot, but there are options that I'd rather go to first before picking this one.

We ordered the Sweet Almond Pretzel, Pepperoni Bites, plus both the cheese dip and marinara. The original pretzel was honestly the highlight of this visit. Since they were making them fresh for the T-Mobile promotion, it came out warm, soft, buttery, and reminded me why it's such a classic favorite. The Sweet Almond Pretzel was good, but we felt like it almost needed a dip to help balance the sweetness -- although adding one might have made it too sweet overall. It still had really nice flavor, just depends on your sweetness preference. The Pepperoni Bites were pretty much what you'd expect. They're solid, but definitely one of those items that can vary depending on freshness. When they're freshly made and not sitting, they're really good. Overall, it was a great midday snack -- perfect for that in-between lunch and dinner craving. The staff was helpful and friendly, and Auntie Anne's is always a staple for us whenever we're craving pretzels.

Quality/Quantity: The food here is sooooooo good. We had a pretzel which was the greatest ever by a mile. It was buttery, salty, and soft. World's greatest pretzel for sure. Also, got the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich which was delicious. We also got a burger that was cooked perfectly and served brioche bun. Lastly, we had the brownie with ice cream which was also amazing. Overall the food was really tasty. The serving sizes here are really good. Value: Pricing seemed very fair to me. Overall: I'm a huge fan of this spot. I plan to come back and try their breakfast which is on Sundays. They have a lot of additional unique and fun activities here (see picture). Very cool ambience here folks. Can't wait to return.

I came on a Saturday night and was very busy so we had to wait in line for a while, but our food came pretty quickly. I got the turkey bacon, avocado sandwich, and it was delicious! The one thing that I was kind of surprised was that they did not have fries as a side you get chips for the side so that was kind of a negative, but not a bad thing My husband ordered the burger and he said it was amazing as well! The ambience is super fun, we were watching game seven of the Dodgers and that was really cool. I will definitely be coming back!

Pretzelmaker is so underrated…read more I've had Auntie Anne's and Wetzel's Pretzels but nothing compares to Pretzelmaker. What stands out is that Pretzelmaker soft pretzels are fluffier and lighter, and have a better overall taste IMO. They are what I describe as "pillowy goodness" and they always come out piping hot! Pretzelmaker is located in the lower-level of the Moreno Valley Mall next to Macy's. Pro-Tip: Park in the lot between the Macy's and JC Penney stores. There's an entrance that leads you down a corridor closest to Pretzelmaker. Because the pretzels are made fresh to order, there is a bit of a wait time. But the wait is always worth it. My favorite items to get are: * Mozzarella Stuffed Pretzel Bites with Pepperoni (buttered, Unsalted) * Pretzel Bites The lady (owner, maybe?) who's been making the pretzels does a fantastic job kneading the dough and making these delightful bites! And -- shhh --- they are the perfect treat to take inside Harkins movie theater (in your purse, of course). Much more satisfying than popcorn! Pretzelmaker, you are simply the best and completely irresistible!

Although I was the only one in line and ordering, the wait time was a little long (8ish minutes) but it was well worth it as it completely blew my expectations out of the water. It was fluffy and the cheese was delicious which when you combined it with the marinara sauce made a mouthwatering combination. When compared to Auntie Anne's or Wretzels Pretzels, it is superior in every aspect and its unfortunate that Pretzelmaker is located in Moreno Valley Mall as if it were located in a bigger location (like Ontario Mills or Galleria), it would be much busier and bring it a lot more attention then it's getting currently.

Their concept focused on gourmet sausages, Belgian and German beers, communal dining tables, and a relaxed social atmosphere. We came here with our group our friend and got to feast upon some dogs and wursts. One of the interesting features that have is that they carry exotic proteins such as alligators, rabbit, or rattlesnake in their links; but if you're more of a vanilla eater, than you're probably opt for the beef, pork or chicken flavored. Either way, make sure you pair it with any of their 10+ beers on tap and you'll for sure enjoy every moment of that bite. I ordered their cheddar bratwurst topped with pickled jalapenos and carmelized onions in a pretzel bun. The wurst was kind of the dry side but beer always helps. I do think sometimes that they over cook it which drys out all the delicious fat out of the links but I am here for drinks and a good time. Great spot to hang out for any type of gathering.
