    Burnt pretzels!
    Disgusted C.

I love Auntie Anne's and never had a bag of mini pretzel that I didn't like until today.. As can been seen in the picture, the pretzels is burnt, tasted dry and hard. Very disappointing. No I'm pissed. How can they sell this? Don't they have a timer on how long to bake?

I stopped by Auntie Anne's on my way home from lunch and decided to try their Oreo Topped Nuggets for the first time. I didn't expect them to taste as good as they did, but they were nice and warm and the taste of the Oreos with the cream sauce mixed on top of warm pretzel bites, was the perfect way to finish off lunch with a great DESSERT TREAT!

Got my free Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel to go!

I came for National Pretzel Day, and got the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel for free with in-app coupon. The pretzel was warm, soft and chewy with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. Absolutely delicious! The only negative was the wait but didn't want to take off a star bc it just tasted so good and it was free! I arrived at 5pm and the line didn't seem very long, but I still waited 30 minutes in a very slow moving line.

4/26/23 - National Pretzel Day. A disastrous experience at the Irvine Spectrum location. Not adequately staffed and no communication to those on the line. There were probably 40-50 people on the line. I went inside to ask will they have enough, and they said they only had 2 left and were not going to make any more. Shouldn't someone have come out half an hour prior to say the supply is gone? A poor customer experience. Only 3 staff. All looked unhappy and unfriendly. 1st and last time at this location.

I'm not sure why Auntie Anne's only has 3 stars because they make really yummy pretzels. The closest parking are either where the Bristol Farms or by Sephora. There's always a line here, so they must be more than 3 stars. The pretzels are soft. Once you have a bit, you'll want more. I like sweets, so my favorites are the sweet almond and the cinnamon sugar. They make the pretzels super soft and buttery tasting. Happy Pretzeling!

Stopped by this location at the Irvine Spectrum the other night to try the new confetti nuggets. The store is small but you can't miss it because when you walk by it smells delicious. They didn't have any made so it was about a ten minute wait which was perfectly fine for fresh bites. The confetti nuggets were actually quite tasty. Perfectly buttery (grab some napkins) and the sprinkles balance out the butter. The bites were fluffy and not overwhelming, some of the ones at the bottom were a little doughy though. Definitely overpriced (about $11)but that's to be expected at this point. I'm glad I tried it but don't see myself clamoring to come back for this particular item.

Crispy and fresh. Line was somewhat long but service was quick and literally took less than 10 minutes.

    Heinous working conditions

The level of understaffing here is flat up abusive! One clerk, a mile long line, people with app pick-ups cutting said line, and on top of that possible cross contamination from having ONE PERSON basically being worked to death with no time to change gloves. It felt so disgusting to witness straight up Dickinson style wage slavery that we left without buying a single thing and hope the poor lady on duty either gets some backup or quits for her sanity.

staff was very polite, and helpful. Freshly made pretzels are super soft and amazing. And if you want, the bites are delish.

They took 20 minutes to make my pretzel cup. This place is a disgrace. I expect better out of a fast food corporation.

Food is ordered up front and beer is in the back bar area. The beers are all German and Belgian which is a nice change from most places. They have many styles of sausages and you can top them with any of their toppings. There's even vegetarian sausages so no one is left out. Belgian fries cooked 3 times is their other specialty served with a bunch of sauce options. There's an outdoor patio area and the bar area inside where most of the seating is. It took me too long to visit here but I'll be back soon.

Their concept focused on gourmet sausages, Belgian and German beers, communal dining tables, and a relaxed social atmosphere. We came here with our group our friend and got to feast upon some dogs and wursts. One of the interesting features that have is that they carry exotic proteins such as alligators, rabbit, or rattlesnake in their links; but if you're more of a vanilla eater, than you're probably opt for the beef, pork or chicken flavored. Either way, make sure you pair it with any of their 10+ beers on tap and you'll for sure enjoy every moment of that bite. I ordered their cheddar bratwurst topped with pickled jalapenos and carmelized onions in a pretzel bun. The wurst was kind of the dry side but beer always helps. I do think sometimes that they over cook it which drys out all the delicious fat out of the links but I am here for drinks and a good time. Great spot to hang out for any type of gathering.

The menu was amazing and had all kinds of options available. I ordered the Korean Demilitarization Zone Pork Tacos. 3 decently sized tacos, extremely filling and paired great with my beer. Everything was cooked and seasoned so well. The chips were a nice side to go along with them. I loved it all. Burger was good but nothing to write home about, came with fries. I do like that they have a wide menu for food, the carne asada fries didn't hit, I do recommend the burgers, but I would definitely come back to try another dish. Came here the other day with some friends for drinks and food and honestly, it was such a good time. I really love the open concept here, especially the outdoor seating area. There's plenty of tables and open space, which makes it perfect for hanging out with friends and family. It's also super kid friendly since there's room for them to run around and burn off all that energy while everyone relaxes. But be sure to dress warm cause it definitely gets chilly at night . I got their Levy Lemonade and wow... I was actually surprised by how good it was. It has lavender in it, but the flavor wasn't overpowering at all, which I personally loved. The drink was refreshing, smooth, and not too sweet or bitter , just perfectly balanced. We also ordered the chicken wings and they were really good. I do wish they let you do half-and-half flavors because the lemon pepper was VERY lemony but still super tasty. The woman helping us at the register was really friendly and helpful when it came to recommending drinks. Honestly, the whole staff was welcoming and nice, which made the experience even better I can already tell this is going to become one of my regular spots. Thank you Green Cheek Beer Co. for such a fun experience !!! I'll definitely be back soon

Drinks: I like drinks on the sweeter side. The bartender was nice and let me try different flavors to pick what I like. * Seltzer - Baja Blast 5/5 - Good sweet drink that didn't feel like I'm drinking alcohol. * Ube Painkilla 3.5/5 - Pretty drink, light purple. A bit sweet, but had a cough syrup aftertaste. * Cider drink 4/5 - Kinda like an apple cider drink, but more beer-y. * Soju Cocktail - Didn't get this. I thought it'd be sweet from the online menu. Apparently it has a ginger and serrano chili pepper taste, so not what I wanted. FOOD: * BBQ Wings 4/5 - Juicy and flavorful wings. * Lemon Pepper Wings 3/5 - Not bad, but kinda dry and really sour. * Cesar Salad 4/5 - Who orders salad for a game night? Jk. It was actually pretty good. Plenty of dressings and shaved cheese on top. * Pretzel Bites 3.5/5 - Dense pretzel bread bites with sea salt on top. * Flatbread 3.5/5 - Flatbread okay. Ours came with shredded pork on top that was kinda dry and had no flavor. * Fried Wonton 2/5 - Crispy wontons filled with cream cheese. The cream cheese was a bit much to eat. * Egg Rolls 2/5 - Crispy vegetable egg rolls. Had a bitter aftertaste.
