My fiancée and I came on a Wednesday around 5pm, we were greeted when we entered. Luckily, no wait! We were assisted right away and ordered the Signature's Creation: Founders Favorite which consisted of--Sweet Cream Ice Cream with Pecans, Brownie, Fudge and Caramel. The service was fast, the store was clean, and the ice cream was creamy & delicious, the pecans as an add it was nice. What more can you ask for? Will be back!

I ordered a chocolate milkshake with fresh bananas on through DoorDash and what I received was something completely different can't even drink it!

I haven't had Cold Stone ice cream in sooo long. I was pretty excited to come here after having dinner! Walked in and it was clean and smelled like freshly baked waffle cones which is how it always smelled :) The workers were really nice and patient because I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. There were so many flavors but I decided to order the Chocolate Devotion! Oh my goodness it was so good and I ordered the "like it" size and I could've definitely shared this with someone. It was rich, sweet and creamy. Next time I want to try sweet cream or cake batter ice cream :)

Solid ice cream in northern Fresno. Tried the orea overload which was sweet with nice crisp cookies within. Generous sizes and friendly service!

Visiting family in Fresno. Had Antonio's for dinner and decided to get good old cold stones. Was a long line, typical for a Saturday night. Lots of family with kids and young teenagers. The line was rapidly attended and moved smoothly. Before I knew it was our time to order. Tried the new fall samples and couldn't decide the employee with red hair offered me two types that I was interested in and we landed on strawberry blonde and it was exactly what I wanted without me even knowing. How did she know? Must be keen on emotional Intelligence. The employee with medium dark haired made my wife's ice cream and I decided to want hers too. They both were exceptionally made and tasted great. She had the cheesecake with blueberry, graham cracker and marshmallow. Very happy with the service and quality of the ice cream. We'll be coming back when we visit again in the near future. Thank you!!

Craved a milkshake void of any topping or mix in. Here's the coffee version. It will be another year before I'm back. I'm good!

Sure the icecream is great. Service was good too so if you're doing sweets like this regularly, you can't go wrong here. A few times a year I get a craving for something sweet and this is one of the places that knocks that out. I skip all the mix-ins and usually only get a milkshake. a visit scratches that itch for the rest of the year. It's a good location with all sorts of salt and fat being served all around it with the restaurants. Wish I could do those once a year to but when salt and fat conspire, I'm there! It's a nice little shop with all sorts of offerings and if you're using your waterpik, not going through bags of sugar a year, go and indulge. They'll make the shake anyway you like and I wanted mine a bit more loose than they'd normally make. The one I got last year was too thick and would not go up the straw. They seemed concerned that I didn't want to add a topping or a mix-in (one was included in the price). They asked me a couple times so I suppose I'm like the only one who didn't add more on. I looked at all the yummy offerings and fortunately my brain turns them into pure 5 lbs bags of sugar (the shapes, textures and colors all become JUST a bag of sugar). That's all I see so I mitigate... O' brother! -G

Sweet cream with Oreo (kids size)

Their ice cream here is always so yummy and always hits the spot. No matter how full I am from dinner, I always make room at least for a Kid's scoop. Their customer service is a hit or miss. Most of the time we get really good service and the staff members are really friendly. Other times they are just there to scoop ice cream and that's it. Most of the time we take our ice cream to go. We never find seats inside or if we do the tables are sticky or has ice cream droppings. This place can sometimes get packed. We've waiting from 5-15 minutes before on several occasions. We will continue to come here just because their ice creams are yummy!

At least wear gloves when grabbing a waffle bowl literally whole hand on that waffle bowl when separating it from the bottom one.

It has got to the point of us waiting for the next month's flavors. This review is long overdue, but Nummy Yummy deserves high praise and recognition for is deliverance to excellent and tasty dessert for the Fresno community. We went here again just a few days ago and it still hits the spot. The menu typically rotates ice cream flavor every month. Not only ice cream, but they also have warm taiyaki! This place reminds me of SomiSomi chain, but to be honest, I think Nummy Yummy is better. All of the staff here are super nice, patient, and always willing to answer your questions. I've come here a lot and have yet to come across a grumpy staff member (haha). The location is in the corner of the RN Market plaza. There is plenty of parking, but I wish they hadn't taken away the indoor seating. There is nowhere to dine in and sit other than the dirty bench outside. I see the majority of people just eating in their car. I hope they decide to offer more flavors and toppings. The various Asian flavors are a hit, and a suggestion box from the public could be an idea. Also, not sure if the eye is playing tricks, but seems like their new cups provide a smaller portion than the old cups. Hopefully that is not the case.

So I looked for a local dessert place (by picture from other Yelpers) and I was in the mood for ice cream or fro-yo. I didn't realize that this place is very similar to the Somi Somi franchise; but still gave it a shot. Inside is very small and plain = NO SITTING so it is literally take-out. Ordering is simple and the cashier was friendly. I wished the fro-yo portions matched what customers received in the past, and there was no option to order small, medium or large. The flavors: pistachio not overly sweet was perfect for my wife. I ordered the half chocolate half brown sugar and only could taste chocolate so I was disappointed . Also their "fish" cone had a salty aftertaste. Overall, it's not an experience I would even give a 2nd try.

We were in town the morning after seeing the Firefail. Finally success on the third visit attempt. Amongst other shops on the desolate street stood an unremarkable window front where the repeat button has remained on since the 60s. Within was an eclectic mix of Japanese American household fixtures and Americana. Rustic. Nothing like Benkyodo's proper shelf presentation - or a hamburga stand. Some Japanese goods were on offer, but you come here for something sweet. We got a couple of mochi and manju, traditional red bean flavors, because that's all that was left. Their manju, seeming to have a different "batter" and "panini"-grilled, had a crumbly texture. The mochi though... Have you seen that viral video of that slapping mochi shop in Nara? What about people enjoying it? How soft it was, leaving a vegan cheese pull with every bite? This was by far the softest mochi I've ever had, and I thoroughly enjoyed the soy dusted yomogi. The bigger size of the mochi also accentuated the softness of the mochi. The matcha, also green, had a distincting different flavor, just so you know that the shop wasn't cheating. My partner in crime loved the lima bean mochi. The red bean filling tasted homemade, good flavor but not too sweet - the best compliment you can give an Asian in a world that remains overrun by pollo ala naranja. We are proud* that such a heritage perseveres on, especially in a part of town that's honestly become quite desecrated of life. Call ahead to see if the shop is open, and try to come early. The shop is a one woman show, and if my first two visits say anything, this lady enjoys having a life. And yes, she does sell out. She was nearly sold out when we visited. And try to enjoy the mochi ASAP. The mochi will last in the fridge. The texture will not. If you come at the right time of the year, the shop will have mochi in different fruit and pie flavors, and even ice cream mochi. *OK, "I'm proud of you" might be a bigger compliment to an Asian. And yes, there's Fugetsu in LA, but I haven't been. Though if you need a reason to visit the Fresno, you can always take the 99 traveling between SoCal and NorCal... Just need to be early if much is desired. If you're interested in AYCEat mochi, staying healthy, working out for free, and have an eye for the art of making mochi, may I suggest asking the owner for an apprenticeship? The owner's mentioned on articles that there's no one to take over and you don't become a master overnight.
