    Almond crunch bites
    Cindy C.

They have their regular storefront on the third floor near Nordstrom's. They also have kiosk/cart located in the food court. The pretzels are tasty and served warm. Can't go wrong with this perfect afternoon snack. My favorite is the almond crunch.

Where did you even get this cheese?! Half the reason I get these Bitz is for the delicious Wetzels Pretzels brand cheddar cheese sauce I've become accustomed to. Unfortunately on this day, I was given these two imposters. Some weird nacho cheese that couldn't be further from EVERY other cheese sauce I've had here. I saw plenty of their traditional cheese sauce in the display case, yet I was given this knockoff cheese. Wish I had noticed this strange cheese before I left a tip. Shocked and upset, busy mostly disappointed. Probably won't return.

Epic Final! You just had one job.... Ordered Almond Crunch bites and the almonds seem to be missing. Except for maybe a light dusting, which one could only guess it's suppose to be almonds???? I debated on going back and complaining as the kid that gave them to us seem to wish he were anywhere else but there. But, I didn't. My mistake. One thing's for sure, for what they charge for the pretzels you'd think the manager/owners would take better pride in what's going out. I guess as long as the money comes in who cares what goes out. BTW...we found the almonds. At the very bottom of the bag. I guess now they just dump the almonds at the bottom and then the pretzels on top. Thank you Wetzel's it was good while it lasted. Now it's time to move on.

Extremely poor customer service, "management" with typical fast food worker "i don't care" attitude.

Eric was very helpful and kind. We got a Groupon to try it but the location we got it for was closed on Monday and we called this location and asked if we would be able to use it here & he told us that was totally fine & was able to help us at this location when we arrived. We were picking out the items for the flight but the kids had a long day & were not going to last if we did sit and drink it there. He understood the kids were cranky and allowed us to pick a few items to go in place of having the flights there. He was more than generous and we picked a few to try. It was good. Definitely would be back to support him when in the area. He definitely won us over as customers.

When we arrived at 7pm it wasn't very busy and there was still a lot of seating available. I loved the ambiance here, very bright and modern. There is a bar area available for sitting at and merch available for purchase. My friend and I decided to order a pizza and share it. We chose the Brie, Apple and fig but when it arrived there didn't seem to be any Brie on it which was disappointing. There was also A LOT of arugula. I don't think I'd order this one again, but I did enjoy the 5oz pour of the sour cherry cider. Bingo night was also really fun! I'll be coming back here for more bingo nights and I'll definitely try some other food items.

You walk in and it really does feel like a lively bier garten. There's many sections, and most of it outdoors. The colors, furnishings, patio games, TVs, music, etc make it feel like a place you could relax for hours Their menu boasts an impressive 28 beers on tap (including imports). They also have a large variety of appetizers and other tasty dishes meals. These dishes are made from scratch and much of the cuisine is European inspired. You'll find a variety of brats, burgers, salads, etc. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. We could have easily have spent many more hours there but there was more of Scottsdale to see Some tips: We went in the spring and it was absolutely gorgeous outside. It's now summer hours and it looks like they're adjusting their schedule accordingly. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The rest of the days they're open 12-9pm (they open an hour earlier Saturday and Sunday, and they close an hour early on Sunday) Our server was incredible gracious, attentive, and professional. She gave us recommendations for the area and also food/drink to try You can make reservations, but we just did a walk-in. I think this more applies to larger groups as they're able to accommodate that. They also accommodate private parties (see their website) There appears to be a trivia night every Wednesday at 7pm. There's Girls Night Out Friday specials from 3pm-close. Join the Stein Club (rewards program). Ask your server how to join Explore Old Town Scottsdale either before or after. It's just a short walk away Cheers!!

We were reluctantly let into the small inside eating area being followed by the manager after he stared unbelievingly at my ADA documentation. The manager was not reasonable with my sister when she explained he is welcome in public accommodations as a service animal; he glared at us until we walked out! I am a HUGE fan on Brat Haus but this discrimination is unacceptable especially with heat as an excuse on a water cooled patio bc of my invisible disability. EDIT: I have changed my 1 star to a 4 star review as I genuinely appreciate the owner's fair explanation/ accountability and do not want to inhibit this genuinely awesome restaurant from succeeding. I love my dog and I want him safe as well... but yes, this experience was NOT ideal. There were many shaded, misted patio areas with wet floors spots as it was a watery event. He would have been comfortable and safe on the ground, not in lap, if seated appropriately. There was not a large crowd for this event and therefore a LOT of room to accommodate. That said, from prior visits, I recommend the beer "Fin du Monde"

While it's not in the heart of Old Town, it's within walking distance. We stopped by on a Thursday around 9:30 p.m. While we were on foot, I noticed that they have a parking lot. Ambiance (4/5): Relatively small for a brewery, but your typical chill, brewery vibes. They have some seats at the bar, some high tops, and a small patio. We sat out on the patio since the weather was nice. The seats out there are a bit uncomfortable, but we couldn't pass up on patio weather. They have free water in the corner which is always a plus so you don't have to wait in line. Service (5/5): The bartender working was super nice. It's always appreciated when servers go above and beyond in providing a great experience. He was friendly, efficient, and attentive. I couldn't have asked for more in my service experience at Goldwater. He exceeded my expectations. Food (N/A): I already ate previously so no food for me. There was a Mexican food truck in the parking lot. Drinks (4/5): I love trying local brews. At breweries, I typically get a flight so I can try out a variety of beers. This time though, I went with a pint. I couldn't say no to the Sour Rangers. I grew up watching the Power Rangers, so that was all the motivation I needed. An added bonus was that this beer is a sour. Not something you have every day, nor a style of beer that you come across very often. So I had to take advantage of the opportunity. And it was a good one. Goldwater is my type of place. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

Goldwater has indoor and outdoor seating options. It was a warm day so we sat inside at the hi-top. I didn't see food options available but it is located next to a few restaurants. My husband and friend enjoyed their beer flights and since I don't drink beer, I was happy to see a cooler with wine and other options such as white claw, etc. the beer was poured directly from the fermenter tank. The staff were very friendly and explained they had to open the wine bottle and make the first pour which was fine with me. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

The only real miss of the night was my daughter's beef stroganoff. They swapped traditional egg noodles for spaghetti-style noodles, and overall the dish just missed the mark for her. Instead, we were publicly embarrassed and treated like criminals for absolutely no reason. After we were seated, I closed the curtain because the table next to us was loud and obnoxious. Minutes later, the manager, Hannah, walked over and decided our entire group was "too intoxicated" to be served. Not a single person in our group was causing a scene, being disrespectful, or acting out of control. We were sitting at our table, ordering dinner. What makes this even more ridiculous is that after taking our drink order, Hannah personally brought out three green tea drinks in champagne glasses. Then, almost immediately afterward, she decided we were somehow too intoxicated to stay. Which is it? If we were supposedly too drunk to be there, why were drinks being served in the first place? We had already ordered what would have been around a $700 meal, and instead of being treated with basic respect, we were stereotyped because we were a bachelorette party. It felt like Hannah had already made up her mind before giving us any chance to prove otherwise. Restaurants absolutely have the right to refuse service to genuinely intoxicated guests. What they should not do is make assumptions based on the type of celebration or the size of a group. This wasn't responsible service--it was poor judgment, inconsistent management, and an incredibly embarrassing way to treat paying customers. We'll happily spend our money somewhere that values its guests instead of profiling them. !!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! We ended up at ZUZUs, they treated us with respect and dignity. Food was 10/10.
