The Patagonia was pretty delicious and had great flavor. When I took a bite of the breakfast empanada, I couldn't name any of the ingredients in the filling. Overall, gave me the caffeine boost and sustenance I needed, but I probably wouldn't return.

For this particular special event, the truck was offering three types of waffles and coffee: dark, medium, light... with a hot or cold option. I also got to find out about the newest crave in the west coast "nitro coffee" so it coffee made like a beer. I will try it the next time I see JOY at an event. Looks like this company is working toward a coffee space... The climbs story is super interesting and lots of room for growth. Looks like everything they create is made with love and care. We didn't take pictures of the burritos, but they were a little smaller than I expected for the price, which cost between $8.25-$8.45. I can't really speak to the service because we ordered through the tablet and had minimal interactions with the baristas. However, I'm looking forward to coming back here to check out the indoor area, which we didn't really explore this time around. Just hang a right upon entering the store, and you'll find it. If the barista isn't there, ring the metal bell on the counter, and they'll come take your order. The coffee is such high quality, and the craft lattes are flavorful and balanced. Each drink is prepared individually when you order, and the lattes take about 5 minutes to be ready. I think the quality justifies the slightly higher price tag. The Belgian Mocha is rich while not being cloyingly sweet. The Vanilla Spice is well balanced and comforting. You have your choice of milk for the lattes (including my typical preference, oat). I absolutely recommend swinging by whenever you're craving a cup of the good stuff.
